After filling their stomachs and sharing a bit of stories between the two families, they all went home. Bryce asked Oscar to take Fiolet home because he wanted to take her to a place that she loved.
In the car....
Bryce noticed Fiolet playing with her fingers, a sign that she was feeling awkward being alone with him after the official engagement earlier. Bryce took one of Fiolet's hands, placed it on his thigh, and used his other hand to steer the car.Seeing this treatment, Fiolet was surprised and looked at the handsome man next to her shyly. Bryce smiled broadly when he felt her returning the grip of his large hand.
A few minutes later....
They arrived at the place Bryce mentioned at the restaurant. The beach. Yes, they went to the beach to enjoy some peaceful time together. Not because they were bothered by their parents' presence, but Bryce wanted to enjoy some quiet time with his girlfriend after the engagement ceremony.
Fiolet smiled happily seeing that they were at this beautiful beach, even though she couldn't enjoy the beautiful scenery because it was already dark. However, she was happy to breathe in the fresh air at the beach with the person she loved so much.
"Wow, we're at the beach?" Fiolet exclaimed with sparkling eyes.
"Yes, baby, we're at the beach to enjoy this evening together, even if only for a while," Bryce replied.
"I'm so happy, Bryce! Let's go dip our feet in the sea!" Fiolet said, pulling Bryce's hand to follow her steps.
"Wait, baby girl. Let's walk slowly because this place won't go anywhere. Here, wear my jacket so you don't get cold," Bryce said, putting his jacket on Fiolet.
Fiolet smiled warmly and suddenly pecked Bryce's right cheek quickly while he was busy putting the jacket on her.Bryce was surprised by the sudden kiss but felt very happy because his brave girl had dared to kiss his cheek even for a few seconds.
"Hmmm... it seems like my sweetheart is becoming mischievous... I'll reciprocate," Bryce said, running to chase Fiolet, who had already run towards the edge of the beach.
Upon hearing this, Fiolet immediately fled from Bryce. Unfortunately, she was not as quick as Bryce's large strides, so he caught her.
Hup... Fiolet was enveloped in Bryce's warm embrace. Bryce tickled Fiolet's stomach quickly, making her burst into laughter in his arms.
"Hahahaha... okay, Bryce, I give up, I'm sorry. Please stop tickling me, it's so ticklish. Hahaha," Fiolet said, still laughing and asking Bryce to stop tickling her.
"Why are you apologizing, sweetheart? I loved your playfulness just now. So don't stop being like this with me. Now, stop calling me Bryce because I'm your fiancé now," Bryce said, stopping his tickling and gently rubbing the girl's back.
"Um... okay. I'll just call you honey then. Is that okay?" Fiolet asked her fiancé.
"Of course, baby. Anything you call me, I'll accept it as your endearment," Bryce replied with a sweet smile.
Their gazes locked onto each other. Slowly but surely, Bryce lifted Fiolet's chin to face him. He leaned closer to her face and gently kissed Fiolet's pink lips. Gradually, that kiss turned into a deep kiss filled with their love.
A few minutes later, feeling out of breath, Fiolet tapped Bryce's strong chest to release their previous kiss. Understanding, Bryce released the kiss and used his thumb to gently wipe off their lingering saliva from her sweet lips.
Fiolet hid her face in Bryce's strong chest, feeling embarrassed by what had just happened between them on this beach.Seeing his girl feeling shy, Bryce immediately tightened their embrace while kissing the top of Fiolet's head several times.
After thoroughly enjoying their time together, they walked back towards Bryce's car because Bryce had to take Fiolet home before 10 PM. Even though she was now his fiancée, Bryce would still follow the rules set by Oscar because he had not yet officially become Fiolet's husband.
The next morning....
Bryce picked up Fiolet to go to work together. Fiolet emerged from her room and on the way down the stairs, she saw her fiancé discussing work with his brother and father.
Upon noticing Fiolet's presence, they greeted her warmly.
"Good morning, everyone," Fiolet greeted them.
"Morning, baby," Bryce enthusiastically replied, glad to see his girl today.
"Morning, Let," Oscar and Yung chimed in together.
Fiorin called them all to breakfast before they all headed to work. Fiolet's father and brother hurried to the kitchen, giving Bryce a chance to greet his fiancée.
Seeing Fiolet's father and brother head to the kitchen, Bryce pulled her into his arms and kissed her forehead.
"I've missed you so much, baby. I feel like marrying you right now," Bryce said, still holding Fiolet tightly.
"I've missed you too,honey," Fiolet replied, returning Bryce's embrace. After a few minutes of holding each other, Fiolet invited Bryce to have breakfast with her family.
"Honey, let's have breakfast before we head to work," Fiolet said, leading Bryce by the hand to the dining room.
"Alright, baby," Bryce replied, tightening their grip.
Arriving in the kitchen, all eyes were on them, which made Fiolet blush, but Bryce just smiled in response. They ate peacefully, occasionally chatting about their daily lives.
Now, the young couple was on their way to Fiolet's workplace first.
"Baby, what time will you be coming home today?" Bryce asked, holding Fiolet's hand.
"Hmm...I'll be home a bit early today, around 3 in the afternoon because I've hired two more workers for the café. So, I'll be more relaxed going forward," she answered.
"That's good, baby. I don't want you to tire yourself managing the café because soon you'll be the wife of this handsome and wealthy CEO," Bryce said, making them both laugh.
"I don't mind handling the café duties because I enjoy what I do. If I get tired, I'll reduce my workload or just focus on financial reports," Fiolet elaborated.
Bryce smiled contentedly at her response.
At Let Cafe...
Bryce parked neatly in front of the café entrance. He couldn't stay this morning as he had business at the office.
"Baby, I'll just drop you off here, okay? I have an important meeting today about the losses my company is currently facing.Are you upset if I don't stay for a bit?" Bryce asked, now standing in front of his girlfriend after getting out of the car.
"No, honey, I'm not upset at all. Go to your office quickly so the issues there can be resolved soon and your mind will be lighter," Fiolet replied, looking into Bryce's eyes.
Bryce hugged Fiolet tightly, gently stroking her hair. Before leaving, Bryce leaned down and quickly kissed her lips and forehead.
"I'll pick you up later, baby. So wait for me here, okay?" Bryce said after kissing her.
"Yes, I'll wait for you here," Fiolet replied with a gentle smile.
After bidding farewell to Fiolet, Bryce drove off towards his company. They will quickly resolve the issues at the office because they only have today, and tomorrow they will return to London.
