The party has already begun. The power of music is so loud.
Famous great djs were invited. Some singers will also sing later. Definitely a fun night tonight.
"Disfrutar!" Kia told to all the audience that come here tonight. (Enjoy!)
"Buenas noches a todas!" I greet the guests. (Good evening, everyone!)
They all greeted me back. I saw Travis shout my name and he even pointed at Arki who was smiling a lot while looking at me.
He look like my parent who is very proud of me. Like a fool!
"Gracias por venir a este gran evento. Gracias por nuestro personal que trabaja duro en este momento. Los saludamos a todos," I said with a smile. (Thank you for coming on this big event. Thank you for our staff who work hard right now. We salute you all.)
"Eso es verdad. Me encanta tu acento, amigo mío. Por cierto, ¡disfrutemos de la noche y tengamos algo de tiempo para relajarnos esta noche! Seamos todos amigos. ¿Okey?" Kia said cheerfully. (That is true. I really love your accent, my friend. By the way, let us enjoy the night and have some time to unwind tonight! Let us all be friends. Okay?)
"Tendremos algunos juegos más tarde, pero primero, tenemos a nuestro cantante aquí que cantará para nosotros. ¡Vamos a darles un aplauso!" I promised. (We will have some games later but first, we have our singer here who will sing for us. Let's give them a clap!)
There was a singer singing and there was also a band so we went down on stage first.
"Sol and Kia come here," I heard Arki call as we got off.
He really called me Sol. He feel like were already close.
I would have refused when Kia pulled me so I couldn't do anything but just drift with her.
It was nice to hear the voice of the band singing.
I didn't realize that I was smiling as I listened to them while they sing. I still close my eyes as I listen to their gentle voice.
When it stopped I slowly open my eyes.
I looked to my side and Arki was looking at me. He was staring at me and he didn't seem to realize that the song was over and I was looking at him.
I tapped him on the forehead and that's where he woke up.
"Aish!" my complaint.
He shyly scratch his head. "I'm sorry. You're so beautiful when you smile," he said weakly.
I was stunned and could not answer what he said.
I just looked at the front again and didn't talk to him anymore. Sometimes I really don't want to talk to this man because what he says is shocking.
After they sang we went back again mini-stage which we also did yesterday for this event.
"Guau! Todos eran buenos, ¿no? ¡Oh mi! Eso fue tan bueno. ¡No puedo superarlo! Creo que todos podemos estar de acuerdo. Quiero más, pero déjalos descansar primero, ¿de acuerdo? Alba mi amiga, que haremos a continuación para que nos divirtamos más, ¿eh?" Kia said cheerfully. (Wow! They were all good, isn't it? Oh my! That was so good. I can't get over it! I think we can all agree. I want more but let them rest first, okay? Alba my friend , what we will do next for us to have more fun, huh?)
I smiled and nodded. It's really true. They sing so well.
"Sí, estoy muy de acuerdo en eso. Gracias por esa maravillosa actuación. Así que por ahora, ¡vamos a tener un juego! ¿Estás listo para eso?" my happy response. (Yes, I really agree on that. Thank you for that wonderful performance. So for now, we're going to have a game! Are you ready on that?)
"Sí!" they shouted at the same time. (Yes!)
There are quite a few people here today as well. The rest of them maybe just go for tonight. There are also some Filipinos so it's fun.
"Entonces creo que podemos comenzar el juego! Así que esto se llama búsqueda del tesoro," I smiled promise them. (Then I think we can start the game! So this is called scavenger hunt.)
We had already started various games before we played the scavenger hunt.
We did Filipino games such as thorn jump, cow jump, hide-and-seek, and so on.
In hiding, I was very happy because Arki always bet. The mad man is always hiding in the obvious place where he can really seen. Sometimes just in the trees, on the banks, and behind me sometimes!
"They will see you here, Arki!" I shouted him when he suddenly came behind me and hid. He was even running out of breath because he run earlier.
Maybe those people here are already complaining because of our games. They look like children.
Arki didnt even listen to me and even squeezed behind me to be able to hide because the bet was already looking at us.
I stopped and seemed to be a statue in my position when I felt him suddenly touch my waist.
His big hands smoothly touch my waist.
I can feel my heartbeat become fast.
I bit my lower lip and slowly look at his hands on my waist.
I swallowed and he didn't seem to even re-realize that he was holding my waist. He then hugged me.
"A-arki ..." I closed my eyes firmly as I called his name.
"Shhh ... Don't be loud, Sol. When they catch me you're ready for me," he whispered as he looked around for fear of getting caught.
My eyes rolled at what he said. What is he made of? Maybe he's the one I'll blame for what he's doing to me now.
I took a deep breath. He hadnt really realized him yet.
I sneezed loudly. "Looks like you're going home with black eyes today?" I asked him proudly.
He was still on his knees and holding my waist.
He frowned and looked at me suddenly. He seemed even more surprised by what I said. "Why?" he asked confused.
"Take that hand off if you don't want to get hit," I told him proudly.
He was startled and looked at his hand.
He immediately removed it and stood up abruptly.
I could clearly see him swallowing because of his adam's apple.
"Te tengo!" Arki and I were surprised when a woman who looked Spanish suddenly appeared. (Got you!)
I was even more surprised when I saw the position of the two of them. She appeared from behind Arki so she hugged Arki from behind.
The woman was beautiful and then she smiled very nicely at Arki.
And the most annoying thing was that I was in front of them!
I looked at Arki and he still looked shocked because of the woman's sudden appearance.
Or is it because of its beauty and he was suddenly fascinated.
And this Arki is holding the woman's elbow. He seemed to be very careful in holding it there.
My jaw clench and look annoyed.
Arki is still in side view so his jaw is clearly visible.
He is still handsome even in side view.
I want to slap myself for my own thinking.
What's so handsome about that man? Not really.
Just right.
I sneezed so hard that I couldn't take it anymore because they had been staring at each other for a few seconds. They are getting too much attention!
I closed my eyes.
Sol, you are not like this. I look bitter. Tsk.
When I sneezed, Arki removed his hold on the woman and they immediately settled down.
He was like a child scolded by his parents.
I was surprised when he suddenly stepped over to me and trimmed it.
Now, we are facing the woman.
It looks like the woman hasn't been able to get over it yet and it doesn't look like she's on her own yet.
I looked at Arki and raised an eyebrow at him.
"You bet," I promised him.
He pouted while looking at me.
My forehead wrinkled. "You bet. Go away!" let me run away from him.
He pouted more at me. "I don't want to play anymore," he said weakly.
My forehead furrowed. "Why?" I asked.
"Because you're angry," he sadly told me like a child.
My lips parted. "W-what? I'm not angry so go away and play again," I calmly told him.
I looked at the woman in front of us. She was confused because she could not understand what we were talking about.
If I cheapen so it's in a good tone. It's too much for him to look at Arki.
It's not that I'm jealous.
Aish! I'm not like this!
"Sol ..." I realized when I heard Arki's soft call to me.
I look at him with annoyed face. "If you don't want to join, don't. Now, leave in front of me because I'm still working," I calmly told him.
He pouted. "But my Sol is jealous," he sadly promised.
