Chapter Nineteen
"Let's start. Wednesday at 12 midnight, we ordered you for a mission. You've been team up with these two agents, " he started. He pointed Agent 38 and 66. "But, something happened that are not according to the plan. "
I cleared my throat.
"You, Agent 44 had been said recklessly left her mission which is her all responsibilities and tried to escape Es Sorores. "
"That's not true! How would I escape my home anyway? Look, I can tell you what happened that night! It's the Bruse, okay? "
"We have evidences. "
He signed his personels to picked up the brown envelope near us. He opened it.
It has many pictures.
Pictures of us.
All of that captured in that night.
I gulped.
They showed it to us. I became more nervous and fear immediately run in my whole body when I saw the last picture that they showed us. It's the picture of us and the Bruse, fighting each other.
But...
It makes my whole world eat up by fear when the last picture is I am with H and he's holding me.
"It's not only you left your mission that night, you've been communicate with our biggest enemy, the Bruse which is said to not to be done when you're not summoned by the Black Agent, " he continued.
"Plus, you let them help you which means you've been planning to team with them. You also been in the city with Agent 66 for almost one week which also means you're planning to escape. "
I shooked my head.
"No! We were there it's because those Bruse guys took us there! And we have no idea where we really and we don't know how to get back here immediately! Of course, it will take us days for us to think of an idea! " I almost shouted.
"Oh, really, Agent? Then explain this. " But we stopped again when we saw the picture of Kiah and us. That is the day that Kiah helped us.
Goodness.
"Agent 68 just helped us! We are not escaping! How many times do I have to tell you that thing? We've been stuck in that city, okay? " Now, I totally shouted.
"And if you only knew, there is someone in our team betrayed us! " I can't help myself but to stand up and automatically slapped the desk in front of us.
But, I was so shocked when Klevo touched my right hand. He's pulling it backwards. I took a glance on him and I saw, he's stunned and almost devastated.
"We can't fight anymore, 44... " He whispered but that's enough for me to hear it clearly.
I feel like heaven's not on me. Even he, he's giving up. I controlled the burst of tears in my eyes to not to fall.
This is not what I expected for.
"You break rules too much, Agent 44. And since Agent 66 is with you, you two will be punished. Take them now, " he finally said.
I struggled more.
"No way! That's unfair! Your way of interrogating us is wrong! That's not how it goes! " I shouted.
"You have no rights to shout at me like that, Agent. And you have no rights to comment on how I run my interrogation and you have no rights to refuse the punishment. "
"44, enough. "
"No, 66! Did you heard what he said? We will be punished even though we didn't do anything! We didn't break the rules! "
"I know, I know but... Kiah... Danger... Kelly... "
I stared at him. He's silent because he's thinking about his family. I forgot them. I'm so selfish. I don't want them to be in danger just to make us free in punishment.
That's not what I want.
So...
I have to surrender and take the punishment.
They took us on the black room, it is where the torturing done. And, I can feel now that my knees are trembling. Really scared to be punished.
"Put them the chains, " someone ordered. Since we're inside, the only thing we can see is the darkness. It is called black room because thats it, it is totally dark. No trails of light. Only thing you can hear is your moan in pain and your pleadings.
"44, promise me you won't give up. " I heard Klevo said.
"The hell. Of course I won't. "
"Ready! Three, two, one! " And when the count is done, I can totally feel the pain.
"Take their clothes off, " he ordered again.
So, this is what they called the second real pain?
Damn.
It's kinda cold inside so I my body shaked more. Goodness. They started torturing us again. It is done thirty times or more? I don't know. I can't even think properly because of too much pain I feel in my whole body.
I can feel my legs are shaking and also my arms. I am gasping for air too. When that torturing is done, they put our clothes back. And they did it recklessly. I shouted in pain because I have wounds in my back, result of the torturing and then my clothes are all fitted. It is too painful!
But, I eased all of that.
They took us again and drop us in the middle of the forest. Where there are some wild animals here. They tied us in the three and left us.
This is the third real pain where we can't eat and even drink. I don't know if I can survive this hell. We can just untie our hands so we can get some fruits here and eat it but it's not as easy as that.
We are in circle of many traps. And if someone stepped one of it, it will explode or will stab to death.
That is why we are really hopeless and I can feel that no one will help us too. Not even Mr. Red eyes.
I don't want his help anyways.
Mr. Red eyes is H. My enemy. Our enemy.
Enemies should be killed. That's that.
Almost sunset when I feel my eyes are closing. Mixed sweat and blood is dropping on my leg and also flowing down to my cheeks then to my neck. I csn feel the gap in my breath but it doesn't mean that I am going to die.
I just want to rest, that's all.
And after minute, my eyes closed.
