New York City University
Malia came out of the lecture room with two other ladies and guys to the bus park for the bus to ride home. Malia didn't bring her car today. She sighed tiredly dragging her legs like a pregnant woman.
She hissed repeatedly as she thought about what today is and also the stress she is passing today from the professors. They spent two good hours in the lecture room listening to some stupid lectures about some crazy crime cases.
"Malia, what is wrong, why are you angry again," Trey, one of Malia's course mate and also a friend she had made when she got admission to New York City University asked her.
"You won't want to know," She scoffed
"Why not, today is supposed to be a good day for you because it is your birthday," Cole another friend and course mate added smirking
"And you are finally eighteen," Aurora giggled
"Yes, but it doesn't make any difference. I'm still Malia Stewart a student of New York university student criminology," she snapped at them
"It matters a lot, you are supposed to be happy," Laura told her
"Fine, do you all want to know the truth," she asked and they nodded. Trey and Cole came closer to her what she is going to say. Malia glared at them because they will be the first guys that she has ever seen that loved gossip
"My boyfriend and friends didn't even wish for my birthday at all only my mum, dad, sister, grandma, and family friends. They acted like today was like every day. Not even text message," she sniffed
"Aww, Malia don't cry," Laura and Aurora held her
Malia, David, Kelly, Michel, Davina, Mabel, Rose, and Lucas are all at New York University. Malia later changed her mind and studied studying criminology because of what happened, she felt the need to protect the citizens of America.
While Davina took after her mum, Mrs. Yvonne Anderson to be a doctor. Kelly wants to be a surgeon and plans to have their hospital.
Michel chooses to be a lawyer. Rose wants to be a Journalist. Mabel chooses to be a psychologist. David chooses to be a Civil Engineer. While Lucas is studying to be an Economist, although he is already in his second year.
Malia and Rose's dream was to study at New York University. The others decided to follow giving stupid different reasons to be together.
David said he can't be in a long-distance relationship so he also choose New York University. Michel said he had promised Malia although, he didn't like the idea of attending the same school with his cousin, Lucas.
Kelly said he can't leave his sister alone, which is Malia. Davina said she can't leave her twin brother alone. So because of that, they decided to stay together. Their parents rented a big house that will accommodate all of them.
The house has everything in it. A garden, a pool big compound, enough rooms for each of them, and so on.
"I don't believe you, your boyfriend loves you so much to forget your birthday," Trey shook his head
"Then, I'm lying right" Malia hissed and removed herself from Aurora and Laura's grip
"No, Malia," Cole shook his head," Instead I will say he is planning something big for you,"
"I doubt that," She shrugged
"Alright, so what are you going to do," Laura asked
"Good question," Malia nodded," nothing, I will just stay in the public library probably reading till tomorrow,"
"That is bad, today is your birthday for you are meant to hang out and enjoy," Trey argued
"Yes, so you can forget about your boyfriend and also remember that you are finally eighteen which means freedom," Aurora said and shouted with the others
"Yes, but who cares," Malia rolled her eyes
"Typical Malia that doesn't care," Laura hissed
"But we care a lot," Cole held her hand," and your friends with your boyfriend care too,"
"Why don't we hang out," Aurora suggested
"No, I just want to be alone, " Malia rejected," I'm sorry,"
Immediately, her phone rings. She checked it and scoffed," speak of the devil," when she saw David's name on the screen and she cuts her phone.
"Why don't you pick up his calls," Trey frowned
"I don't need to," Malia scoffed
"What, you aren't supposed to behave lie that, he is ...," Cole trailed off
"Blah blah blah blah, I understand all your unspoken sermons," Malia cut him off," Can we walk fast now,"
As they got outside, they met David leaning on his car looking in Malia's direction like he as been waiting for her.
"That is David," Aurora said
"So what," she hissed.
"He is so cute," Laura giggled sheepishly
"He is my boyfriend," Malia snapped," don't even think of it,"
"I thought you are angry with him," Aurora scoffed, and Malia glared at them.
"I'm also cute," Cole told Laura smirking
"When we are talking about cute guys, please don't talk because you aren't close to it," Laura hissed and they laughed.
David walked towards them when he saw that she isn't making any attempt to come to him.
"Bae," he pecked her cheeks and she answered reluctantly
He turned others her friends and smiled," Hi,"
At first, when Malia became friends with them, he never liked it especially because of Cole and Trey since they are boys. David is a jealous guy but he later accepted them.
"Why are you here," She asked bluntly
"That I came to pick you up," David quirked a brow
"Yes, you said you aren't going to be around today," She scoffed
"But I'm here right now since I found a way to pick you up," he shrugged
"Yes, I think you should take her with you because she has been feeling down with me," Trey interrupted
"Really," David quirked a brow
"Thanks for talking," Malia hissed
"Thanks for telling me, man," David shook his hand.
"Can we go home now," David asked her
"No, I'm going to the library, I will be back tomorrow," Malia argued
"No, you are going with me without you like it or not," David told her and held her hand tightly so that she won't leave him.
"Let's drop you guys off," David suggested
"No, don't bother, we will find our way," Laura shook her head
"Bye Malia," they waved at Malia and walked away leaving them alone.
"Can we go now," he asked and Malia scoffed.
David took her to the car while he opened the car door for her before entering the car and driving off.
Throughout the drive, Malia kept frowning, hissing, and grumbling silently as she wants him to talk but he didn't say anything at all. He ignored her.
He kept driving till he got home and opened the door for her to get down.
Malia left him alone walking closer to the house fast. Immediately, she opened the door shouts erupted and she got startled.
"Happy birthday, Malia,"
"Happy birthday, sister,"
"Happy birthday, bestie,"
"Happy birthday, Malia,"
"Happy birthday, wife-to-be,"
"Happy birthday sister in law,"
"Happy birthday, ex sister in law to be,"
Happy birthday shouts sounded around the whole house they could be heard in the next two houses.
Malia was shocked as tears came running down her cheeks dropping her bag to the floor. David walked up to her picked up her bag and close the door she forgot to close.
"Happy birthday, love," David whispered in her ear. Malia turned and hugged her.
"Hey, she isn't supposed to hug only you," Ivy scoffed as the girls and boys ran towards her to hug her
"I miss you," Ivy told her
"I missed her more," Grace added
"Then, what will I say," Alexis scoffed
"You can say you missed her most, hehe," Michel smirked
"Nonsense, I wonder how Rose is coping with you," Grace hissed
"She can't do without me," Michel shrugged proudly
"I thought you guys forgot about my birthday," Malia cleaned the tears from her eyes.
"We can't forget about you," Mabel shook her head
"Not your birthday," Davina added
"When did you get all this done," Malia pointed at the decorations in the sitting room.
"When you left for school," Kelly told her.
The whole house was decorated with birthday decorations with a big cake in the middle of the table.
"Come, cut your cake and make a wish," Lucas shouted
"Why don't rush her," Alexis hissed
"Why not, I'm eager to taste that cake," Lucas said
"Fine," Malia walked to the table and closed her eyes to make a wish, then she blew the candle.
Immediately, Lucas offered to share the cake with everyone. They sat down to eat their cake.
"Gosh, I'm hungry," Michel Said rubbing his tummy
"The food will soon be done," Rose assured him
"Malia, this is your gift," Ivy gave her a small box that contained a bracelet and everyone starts dropping their gifts for her.
"Hey, Ivy where the f*ck is your boyfriend," Michel asked her
"Why the question," Ivy quirked a brow
"I asked you to bring a boyfriend when coming, how pathetic," he scoffed
"Then get me one," Ivy hissed
"Of course, I will," Michel giggled
"Thank you all for coming and for celebrating my birthday," Malia squealed
"No problem because we are going to be here for the weekend," Alexis giggled
"Let the party begin," Kelly shouted and the others stood up dancing as they drink too
David came closer to Malia and she smiled gracefully," thank you," She pecked his lips
"You are welcome, bae" he pouted
"Oh my, before I forget, What about my gift," she asked him
"Hmmm, how about I show you," he said smirking
"Where," she frowned
"The bedroom," without waiting for her reply, he picked her up in his arms and went to the room ignoring how the others were shouting.
When he got to the room, he placed her on the bed gently and closed the door because of any interruption.
He smirked as he got on top of her, then he leaned closer and pecked her lips, She smiled and also pecked his lips.
"You look so pretty," he said
"My lips or what," she asked
"It is everything about you" he replied and she smiled
David sat up and pulled her up as he made her sit on his lap.
"So where is it," she asked
"I'm your gift," He shrugged smirking," you will have me for the whole day,"
"Don't you think we should celebrate my birthday with the others," She asked
"They don't care,"
"But they came here because of me ..." She sighed
"Just a day without them won't make you feel bad and I'm sure they want you with me," David said and she smiled
Malia kissed him shortly and made to get up but he pulled her back
"Where do you think you're going?" He asked and held her waist
"What....." David cut her off with a kiss, a very deep one
She also retaliates just in the same way, getting each other's to taste.
To David, she is like an addiction already and he is not ready to stop getting addicted
The make-out was getting hot, David grabbed her butt like his property, pulling her closer as if it is possible because there is no space between them anymore.
Malia released a moan into the kiss and he almost went crazy by that, she is so f*cking addictive more than anything in the world.
He stopped and stared at her as she tried to catch her breath smiling.
"That was hot," she exclaimed
"I know," he nodded," so are you ready for the second round," he asked
"Yes," she nodded giggling.
"I love you," he told her
"I love you too," She smiled and he smashed his lips on her.
