She stops daydreaming, and turned her attention back to her friends...

It's already late at night, and Mariya is watching over the sleeping children. She's doing her rounds tonight, the check each of the children's room at the orphanage.
After she checked all of the rooms, she's now walking at the hallway, and she's about to walk past Auntie Francia's office, but she suddenly stops when she heard the phone ringing inside.
The ringing phone was so loud, that she's afraid the children who's sleeping nearby the room might wake up because of the noisy sound.
She doesn't have any choice but to enter the office to answer the call.
"Hello, this is Angel Voices Orphanage, how may I help you?" Mariya answers the call.
"I'm sorry, may I know who's this?" she can hear an old man's voice from the other line.
"I'm Mariya, and I'm a new staff here at Angel Voices. Is there anything I can help you with?" Mariya politely inquired.
She was taken by surprise when the call was suddenly cut off.
Mariya, on the other hand, puzzily puts back the receiver to its cradle.
"I wonder who is calling..." she wondered aloud.
She snaps out from her reverie when she heard Mia's voice behind her.
"What are you doing here, Mariya? Anyway, I need your help to carry the children's clothes." she asks her.
"Okay, no problem." Mariya agreed right away.
Mariya followed behind Mia, while her mind is flying elsewhere. She's still wondering who could be that mysterious caller few minutes ago...

Kei is driving on his way back home after a long day at work. He and the other members of MORSE had a busy day doing promotions for the upcoming song single...
He's currently waiting for the red lights to change into green lights when his phone suddenly rang.
"Hello?" he quickly answers the call.
He listened to the caller for a few seconds, then afterwards, his eyes widened in shock?
"W-What? Okay, I'll be there in a few minutes."
Kei abruptly ended the call and started driving to a certain location...

After 15 minutes.
Kei is now walking his way at the Nurse's Desk as soon as he reached the hospital.
"Excuse me, can you please tell me where is patient Takeshi Onodera's room is?" he inquired, while he's trying his best to stay calm.
The nurse on duty quickly found Onodera-san's hospital room number. After knowing where the old man is currently confined, he quickly made his way towards the elevator to go up to the 8th floor to see him...
 
"Kei! I'm so glad you're here! I'm sorry if I had to call you after your work." Aunt Francia immediately apologizes, as soon as he enters the room.
"You did the right thing, Auntie. But what happened to Mr. Onodera?" Kei quickly asked the old woman.
"Well, he was having a hard time to breathe early in the evening. His blood pressure was also high, so I've decided to call for an ambulance to rush him to the hospital." Aunt Francia revealed everything that happened.
"---To tell you the truth, Kei, I don't think I'll be able to live longer." the old man spoke from his hospital bed.
"Please don't say..." Francia gently reprimanded her husband.
"Please don't think that way, Uncle. You'll get better in no time." Kei tries to reassures the old man.
"Anyway, I want the both of you to listen to me. I wanted to ask a favor from you, and consider this as my last wish before finally saying goodbye..." Mr.Onodera spoke again.
Kei secretly clenches his hand after hearing all of those things from him. He considers the old man as his second father, and the thought of losing him hurts like hell...
"What is it, Uncle?" he tries to regain his composure.
"I want you to take care of Mariya."
His old man is talking about Mariya, the woman he saved few weeks ago and who happens to be working as one of the staff at Angel Voices Orphanage.
"And who is Mariya in your life, Uncle?" Kei asks again.
"I am her long-lost father." Mr. Onodera went straight to the point.
Kei feels like a bomb has been dropped infront of him after hearing the shocking revelation from the old man.
"I'm sorry, Uncle but--- Why are you telling me this? And why do you want me to take care of your daughter?" he curiously asks Onodera-san.
 
"It's because you're the only person that I can trust, son. I'll be more relieved if I know that someone like you will take care of my daughter, that's why I'm begging you now. Please marry my daughter, Mariya, when the right time comes.
"And here you are, already talking about marriage. Aren't you going too fast, Uncle?" Kei asked in disbelief.
"You know that I'm a risk taker, Kei. And I don't accept no as an answer.
"This is an outrageous idea! You know very well that I love you both, and I will do everything for you. But marrying someone right away is out of the question!" Kei blurted out.
"Mariya is a good woman and she's the perfect one for you. It's not that difficult for you to fall in love  with her." Mr. Onodera insisted.
Kei was about to say something else but he wasn't able to do so when he saw Mr. Onodera suddenly catching his breath, and he can see the painful expression on his face.
Francia anxiously attended to her husband.
"D-Darling, are you alright?" she asks, in a panic.
Kei quickly pressed the emergency button to alert the nurse.
"Don't worry Uncle, the doctor and the nurse will be coming soon..."
After a few seconds, the doctor and a nurse suddenly enters the room, and they did a thorough check on Mr. Onodera.
Kei hugs the crying Aunt Francia, as he tries to calm her. He is not a doctor, but it was clear the old man doesn't look really good...
