QUEENS-TOWN.
Queen Merl and Princess Mera has already returned back to Queens-Town and currently preparing for the war they have ahead of them.
The guards and their remaining little army were seen running up and down the palace while Queen Merl and her daughter were standing at the first floor of their building.
"Daughter, do you think we can win this battle" Queen Merl asked Mera who was standing beside her and Mera nods without hesitation.
"Yes, I have a strong believe that we are going to win the battle, we will win mother" Mera replied as tears was already dropping down from Queen Merl's eyes.
"Mother are you okay? mother I know you are afraid, if we are really going to win this war...? there is nothing to worry about" Mera said as she placed her two hands on top of her mother's shoulder.
"Don't forget that we have encountered so many situations like this before and we survived it so this one is probably not going to see the end of us!"
"Be strong for me mother, we can do this we can win this war I promise you that we will win" Mera said as Merl interrupted waving her head in tears.
"No... we cannot win, you and I know that's the truth, there is no how we can win! you are only trying to give me hope" Queen Merl said as she swallows her bitter saliva.
"You are giving me hope we both knows that it will not come to pass" Merl said as tears keeps dropping down.
And so Mera run out of words, she doesn't know what to say because obviously her mother was right, it's clear to the both of them that they can't win the war.
"Whatever and however it turns out to, trusting in ourselves and trying hard can be one of the ways to get out of this condition!"
"Be strong for me mother, you are the Queen! you have to be strong for your people! for us! I'm very sure that this will come to an end soon" Mera encouraged Queen Merl.
Queen Merl looks down from the high floor in tears and her drop of tears fell and dropped down on top of one of the guards but he didn't notice though.
Queen Merl can see how her little armies are working hard, doing all they can to make sure the war they have her head will bring win for them but she knows that it was just a matter of time and she will lose all of them in that battle.

•MIDNIGHT•
Athena was sitting alone at the compound in front of Mazi's house while everywhere was dark, just birds chirping and flames of fire burning around.
The city has become silent as it is already a midnight and everyone has probably went to their various home and many will be asleep by this time.
But Athena was alone outside nothing, she was just sitting down at a chair with a wood burning of fire in her front as she have so many thought going on in her mind.
Then Kris stepped out of the house too and approach her.
"Kris what are you doing here? you should be on the bed by now" Athena said while Kris was silently standing besides her.
"Kris you should be aware that your father won't be happy to notice that you are outside the house by this time of the night?" Athena said to her without looking at her face.
Athena didn't even look at the person that approached her but she knew that it must be her and apart from her nobody else.
"Yes, I know that and that's why I have to sneak out of the house" Kris said and sat besides Athena at the same bench and looks at her face.
"Trust me, he is still sleeping and he is in deep sleep now, so he will not notice, but where is Mezie?" Kris asked as Athena waves her head.
"I don't know where he is and I don't care to know" Athena responded as Kris silently looks at her and then waves her hand over the fire as she is feeling so cold.
"You thought allowing him to go means that you are angry with him? and you forget it can make you look close to useless" Kris said as Athena stares at her with an angry look on her face.
"Yes of course, it can, you have failed from your course, you failed to protect him, you have failed to direct him to do the right thing and you just let him go with them just like that?" Kris asked.
"What would you have me do Kris? fight them?I tried to advise Mezie but he is just so stubborn and so foolish!" Athena responded to Kris who smirked.
"Then you continue persuading him to do the right thing" Kris responded.
"For how long!" Athena shouted in anger hitting her hand on top of the chair making it give out a loud noise that may attract people.
And that action of hers made Kris scan around to see if it has called for anyone's attention and after scanning around she discovered that no one showed up and so she looks at Athena again and responds with a low voice.
"For as long as it takes, it's your duty to protect him and you know that! those people that came here claiming to be his sister or whatever only came for a reason and once they get that which they want from him, trust me they will not care about him!"
"It was you who is supposed to be there for him, is true that we kids can be stubborn at times but is equally your duty to teacher us until we understand"
"It takes longer for us to learn why and the reason why you have to make such decision for us" 
"We are children, we think just forward and we don't think about the consequences or the side effect because we don't even know if it has and we don't care to know"
"And that's your duty to teach us and let us understand what it has to cost!" Kris said as Athena breathes down and gaze at Kris.
Seeing so much sense in what Kris is saying then she began to blame herself for allowing Ver and Sylvie to take Mezie away.
"You may try to ignore that but if anything happens to him then you are the cause, I tell you that" Kris added as Athena stood up immediately and took in a deep breathe.
"Kris, I seriously I didn't know that you are this wise... I thought you are just a kind of stubborn like Mezie but you are so different" Athena said as Kris smiled.
"Well, you never believed me in the first place" Kris replied.
"But I did not only see that now but believed everything you said, you are right Kris"
"But you can help me make things right again by joining me let's go find him, together" Athena said as Kris stared at her and silently stands up and took in a deep breathe.
"Yes, together, but if we have to go look for them together then we need to leave now because my father will not allow me" Kris said as Athena looks at the house and approached closer to Kris.
"I thought I was supposed to tell your father, I mean you're supposed to tell your father before I can leave with you?" Athena said.
"Then you should be ready to go alone because once you are telling him I am not going with you and you will probably not going to set your eyes on me again"
"Because my father hates it so much when I have to be involved on situations like this, he is very much afraid of losing me" Kris said as Athena nods and they nods at each other.

QUEENS-PACK.
Mezie has already been given one of the golden seat of their female warriors as he was sitting like a king in their midst while the other female warriors were sitting besides him.
And as well the queen of the kingdom was sitting at her high seat just like always.
"Ver and Sylvie the both of you have proven your loyalty to me and you will be rewarded handsomely after this war is gone, I'll make sure to fulfil this promise and I wouldn't want to disclose what my reward will be in the midst of everyone"
"It has to be secret" Queen Minerva said as the maidens keeps paying attention to her words as she continues.
"As for now, let me say welcome to the Young master in our midst" Minerva said as she stares at Mezie who are still silently looking at her.
"You are welcome to Queens-Pack dear one, and I can see that it seems you are afraid, do..." Queen Minerva was still saying and Mezie interrupted.
"Not true, I am not afraid of anybody" Mezie replied as Queen Minerva smiled and looks at Ver who smiled at her equally.
"Hmm, that's what we want from you from now on not to be afraid of anyone because I believe you have idea why you are here" Minerva said and Mezie nodded.
"You think I am here to fight for you against Kings-Heaven? no... not so" Mezie said making the Queen and every other person to stare at him with a shocking look on their face because they thought he was trying to play a game with them.
"Am here because I want to join you guys and fight and as well avenge my father's death by killing king Jerome by myself with my sword, I want him to perish on my sword" Mezie yelled as he clenched his fist and Minerva smiled at him and rubs his hairs softly.
"Hmm, I love your spirit little boy" Minerva said as she looks at Ver and Sylvie.
"Ver, you and Sylvie are supposed to be with Veronica by now for the creation of the magic arrows against the war of Queens-Town" Queen Minerva said.
"I have searched for Veronica around this palace and she is nowhere to be found" Ver replied and Hela interrupted.
"I think I saw her with the princess, might probably be in her room now" Hela said as the Queen stares at her and that statement of hers left everybody looking at her in surprise.
"You mean, she is with Isla my daughter, in her room? doing what? Queen Minerva asked and Hela nodded as she didn't want to mention a word.
"Ver go call her for me!" Queen Minerva said out of anger
