"Then I believe that you have no idea what it means when I say no? so I strongly tell you that you are not getting away with him" Athena responded with a deep slow voice while she was waving her head.
"Then I dare you to watch us" Sylvie threatened as Athena gives out a deep deadly smile and waves her head.
And just Mezie and Kris stepped inside carrying some things which they kept at it's usual position and then returned to their seat.
"So, tell me what we missed?" Mezie said as Ver responded.
"You didn't miss anything dear but we have to go now, we are running out of time" Sylvie said as Mezie stared at Athena and Athena looked at him as well.
She was kindly waiting to hear what Mezie have to say about that statement.
"Umm sorry, Athena did you plan on going anywhere with them that you didn't tell me?" Mezie asked and Athena was about to say something and Ver interrupted.
"Come on Mezie, I thought I told you that I have come to take you home? are you not willing to go back home with us?" Ver asked.
"What home are you talking about, as much as I can remember I was rejected by my home Kings-Heaven and they are ready to kill me if they ever set their eyes on me"
"Moreover I have no one there to go back for, so which home are you talking about? this place has already become my home" Mezie replied as Athena folds her hands being so proud of his statement.
And then she was waiting to hear what Ver and her friend has to say.
"Mezie, no one is taking you back to that irritating Kingdom, I want to take you to my home where I can care for you like a prince..." Ver was still saying and Mezie interrupted.
"Hold on please, you have already said what will make me not to follow you, if I have wanted to live a life even higher than that of the prince then you wouldn't have met me here"
"I could have been an heir to a throne by now but I don't want all that I only wanted peace of mind and a normal life just like my mum planned it for me"
"So... I'm sorry to let you know that I am not going anywhere with you, am happy here" Mezie concluded with a low and low voice while looking down.
Kris thought he was crying so she bends down her head and looks into his face but it was too dark to recognize if he is crying or not.
I mean the light is not enough to know that so she attempted to clean his tears with her fingers and that's when she noticed that he wasn't crying he is just being emotional.
"What...?" Mezie said to Kris who sat back gently on her seat. "Sorry..." Kris replied and Mezie looks up to Athena who shifted close to him making him rest his body on her as she began to cuddle him.
While Ver stared at Sylvie for a while as they make some discussions with their eyes and so she look back to Mezie.
"Then, I believe that we should make it clear for you why we are here, we should tell you the truth" Ver said as Mezie looks up to them.
"Yeah, bringing you to my home and taking good care of you is among the reason why I came here but that's not the main reason why I am here" Ver said folding her palms together.
"Good, then tell us why you are here and be fast about it because my father will soon be back and I am not sure he will allow you guys sleep in here" Kris said as Ver took a deep breathe.
"Mezie we came here to seek for your help" Ver said as Kris interrupted.
"I knew it! at first when you said that you should share the main reason why you are here I knew it that it must be for his help, everyone just keep running to little boy like him seeking for help?" Kris said and within her statement Sylvie noticed something important.
"People came here seeking for his help? who are those people?" Sylvie asked and Kris was about to answer but Athena caught her off.
"It doesn't matter who they are, what matters now is the kind of help you need from him" Athena said as Kris stares at her and Athena gave her a specific look which she understood and calmed down.
"We we will be facing Kings-Heaven in a war" Ver said as Athena and Mezie sits up looking at Ver as her statement rang a very heavy bell in their ear.
"And, you know they have this mythical creatures, dragons which means we may not be able to stand a chance but if Mezie can help and battle with us with the ultimate one"
"The Mega dragon, then we stand a high chance of winning this war because I have skilled warriors with me, please we need your help" Ver said as Mezie looks at Athena once again and smiled happily.
"Yes! I will fight alongside you guys, I am so happy to hear this because I have been looking for this opportunity to avenge my mother's death! King Jerome Akuza will pay with his life, so I accept to..." Mezie was still saying and Athena interrupted.
"Hold on Mezie! you will have to calm down please?" Athena said as Mezie seats back on his seat gently while Athena faces Ver.
"Who you? and where are you from and why the war" Athena asked but Mezie interrupted.
"And why asking her such question as if the both of us hasn't been waiting for this moment? whatever caused the war is none of our business, we only have to avenge the death of our loved ones and that's all, isn't it?" Mezie asked as Athena waves her head.
"No, it's not, I believe it's good you let them answer the question I asked" Athena replied and there was a kind of annoying and arrogant look on Mezie's face but he just managed to keep shut.
"That shouldn't be a matter at all, we are from Queens-Pack" Ver said as Athena looks at her steadily as she is beginning to sense something.
"How many wars are you guys fighting?" Athena asked as Ver and Sylvie stares at themselves before looking up to Athena again.
"Just two, but Mezie only has to help out fighting one which is Kings-Heaven, I believe I will take care of the other by myself and my colleagues"
"It's a war against a neighbouring Kingdom Queens-Town" Ver said as Athena looks at Mezie hoping that he would remember that It's about that war which Princess Mera came to her begging for help but Mezie's is just ignorant to remember that.
Yes, he did remembered but he was trying to ignore it.
"Whatever the war is, as far as it will make me get my revenge then I am in" Mezie said as Athena yelled at him.
"I forbid that for you Mezie, you are not going with them!" Athena said and so Mezie reacted with a louder voice.
"And who are you to make decisions for me! who are you to tell me what to do and what not to do? you are just my colleague not someone special!" Mezie yelled at her as she stared at him and looks at Ver and Sylvie and then grabbed his hand and took him out of their presence.
"Mezie what's wrong with you! you should mind the way you speak to me! if you don't want me to be at your side then why let me come with you? you should ask me to leave!" Athena yelled at him as he keeps staring at her.
"I know you have to make your own decisions or I can't make decisions for you? yes I know that"
"You are free to make your decision but sometimes you have to tell me your choice and I will tell you if it's the right thing to do!"
"Because I am older and has experienced more things than you! you are just a kid so you need to inform me to guide you through in any decision you are making" Athena yelled at him as Mezie pulled his hand away from her grip.
"Excuse me! you are mistaking much because I am not informing you to make a choice for me!!"
"I'm only telling you what's going to happen and you are not going to stop me! am going with them!" Mezie yelled at Athens as she interrupted with a so much angered voice
"Shut your freaking stupid mouth! you are just little boy that is too arrogant and senseless! your brain is too little to think right and yet you can't allow someone to direct you!"
"You said Princess Mera helped you and yet you are going to team up with people against her!? she needs your help now! it was more like when you need someone to save your mum!"
"Put your self back to that shoe! she needs your help now! and her kingdom will forever be grateful to you! be the hero not the villain because you want to seek for vengeance!" Athena yelled at him with a loud voice as he was left looking at her.
He hasn't seen her become that annoyed before as he keeps gazing at her silently.
"Well, it's your choice to make just like you said earlier, go ahead and make your choice! and I will wish you goodluck on that!" Athena yelled at him and angrily left his presence.
"Of course! I will make my choice!" Mezie yelled at her as she was walking away
