Liam walked into the children's section of the library and stopped on his tracks when he heard a very familiar voice.
" 'Why are you shaking the jungle to pieces??' Cried the parrot who had never seen an elephant before 'What kind of an animal are you anyway??' It asked"
A smile formed on his lips on seeing Mirrie sitting on a bean bag surrounded by a dozen five year olds.
Her face was so animated and she was telling the story, changing the voices according to change in character
" 'I don't know what kind of animal I am. I live all alone in the jungle, and I dance and I kick - and I call myself Sooki. It's a good sounding name and it fits me. Don't you think so?" She said in a more heavy sound and made a sound imitating a little elephant.
He saw her phone lying there and a smirk appeared on his face
Once his work was done, he kept the phone back and leaned on a bookshelf listening to her storytelling.
Seems like she is obsessed with children's books.
Once the story telling session was over he cleared his throat gaining her attention.
She looked up and her eyes widened in surprise and she turned around immediately to wear her glasses
But too late...he saw her eyes.
The prettiest eyes ever!!
Why does she hide behind her glasses??
Along with it came the nagging feeling ,why do those eyes seem so familiar?
"What are you doing here??" Zada frowned seeing Liam Fredrick looking at her leaning against a bookshelf.
"I am your shadow, my beloved. You cannot leave me behind" he said in a husky voice making her frown.
"I have heard this dialogue in some movie!!" Zada said her lips pressed in a thin line showing her irritation and he chuckled.
"Liam" she heard a high pitched squeal and turned to see, one among the five year old she had been telling the story to ,run towards him and throw herself at him
"Shona" Liam picked her up and twirled her around making the little girl laugh merrily and a smile formed on Zada's lips
Who would have thought?? Liam Fredrick would be so good with a kid.

Zada lay down on her bed after a shower.
She had started volunteering at the children's library last week.
The one person she hadn't expected to meet there was Liam Fredrick.
She hadn't seen him for a week after the moment they had in the corridor.
She really didn't want to see the annoying boy.
She heard her phone binge and opened it to see a notification indicating a message from Mr Sexy.
Who the hell is Mr Sexy??
Did Zahir change his name on her phone?
Because he is the one person in her life who is cocky enough to do something like this.
But opening the message reminded her that there is another equally cocky person who had forced his way into her life now.

L: only if you ask me nicely
Z: I am not asking you nicely

L: if you have doubt about my masculinity, I am only too happy to clear it for you Mirrie ,if you know what I mean *winky face*

L: aww babe , I was getting into the mood
Z: go torture someone else
L: It's you I want babe
Z: stop calling me babe
L: Aww!! Babe is angry
Z: Get lost jerk
L: Let's talk about your anger issues!! When did anger begin to rule you babe?? Did puberty hit you badly??
Z: Stop texting me and forget we ever met
L: Too late babe!! You are in my blood
Z: If you don't stop ,I will be only too happy to let you bleed to death
L: You mean you are a lady vampire?? Oh babe ,I can't wait to have your soft plump lips on my neck
Z: What about my six inch heels on your cheeks
L: I had no idea you are into kinky stuff. Bad mirrie, bad.
Z: Go die
She threw her phone away and groaned
Could someone be any more annoying
Liam fell back on his bed and let out a throaty laugh
When was the last time he laughed so uninhibitedly
He could literally picture smoke coming out of Mirrie's ears
It was helluva fun riling her up
Oh!! This is going to be a wonderful year.
