Chapter Seventeen
Some part of the West country started to lessen the cold. The raining snow stops and the strong wind calmed. And that was because of Yang. Whenever he was around that place suddenly lessened its coldness. But whenever they left the place, it turned back to winter again.
Some people who noticed about the weather changes in some part of the West, were wondering why there's some part that experiencing warm but the adjacent area was not. But it was just for a short time because Yang and his parents didn't stay long in one place. They were continuing travel seeking for the cold girl that Yang met when he was a child.
Yad was struggling outside. He almost shivered in the winter. But he wouldn't give up. They were entering the forest. Cleopatra was also tired. So as they entered the forest, he decided to stop.
"Let's rest Cleopatra. I know you are tired." 
"Neigh... " Cleaopatra answered.
Yad smiled and stroked Cleopatra's hair. Then he let the horse to find its food. There's some grasses in the surroundings. He let his horse feed itself because he was shivering. So he got in the carriage and covered himself a blanket and took some rest. Until he fell asleep.
It was unusual. Yin couldn't even walk. But she felt nothing even cold. She was weaker now than yesterday. Her parents were more worried. Her father and mother talked about the decision and they decided to leave and find the old man. So they hurried packing their things.
Yin's father carried her, and they finally left the house in the forest. They walked in the heavy winter.
When Yad woke up, he noticed the weather became colder. His expected was opposite. He expects that when he arrived in the forest the cold will be lessened. He thought since there's more trees in the forest it can block the strong wind and the pouring snow so it could lessen the coldness of the weather but why it's getting colder now? Yad was wondering.
 "Where we will go?" Yin's mother asked.
"We almost looked and sought around the forest, but we didn't find any trace of the old man. So we should get out the forest." His husband said while still carrying Yin on his back.
With his Cleopatra, Yad continued his search. Until he found the abandoned house in the forest. He was very happy as he saw it but disappointed when he got in. He knew that the girl still in the forest and not far away yet. He didn't see anyone in the way outside the forest. So Yad thought that the girl still hasn't been out of the forest yet.
"Whoever she was with whom, if they are just walking, they can't go far away right away." Yad said.
Then he took a look in the house. The abandoned house seems not now. It looks like somebody living there and just left recently because he saw the leftover embers in the wood-burning stove in the kitchen. He looked around the house, and he saw it's cleaned all over. He was right. Whoever stayed here were just left recently. Yad hurriedly walked out and rode to his horse, then whipped it once as a signal to run. He left all of a sudden.
"Here we are!" Yin's father said when they reached the border of the forest.
"Let just take some rest for a while." Yin's mother request. 
She was really tired. She also carried things on her shoulders. And it's getting heavy while it takes time bearing.
"Okay." Yin's father agreed.
Then he put down Yin under the old tree. He sat her on the big roots of it and leaned her back at the tree trunk.
They thought that Yin was sleeping. Her parents didn't know that she's not just sleeping, Yin was already lost conscious while her father carrying her when they were walking.
"Let's try to go there." Yin's mother said while pointing her finger to direction she meant.
"I remember what Aliyah said, there's some few people living in this mountain. Maybe there. We can ask some residents about the old man." She said to her husband.
"Okay. Let's try go there." His husband agreed. 
Then he checked the sleeping Yin. 
"She's really cold." He said.
Yin's mother touchecd Yin's arms. 
"I'm afraid. Let's make a fire even for a while to warm her, before we continue walk." 
"Okay." Yin's father agreed.
It took time before he produced fire because woods everywhere are wet.
Yin's mother added another winter jacket to Yin. She put it over on Yin's jacket. They already doubled Yin's winter jacket, but at this time it was tripled. Her mother removed Yin's gloves and grabbed Yin's hands near on the fire. She thought that Yin's palm must have to warm first.
"Ahh.. ah.." Suddenly Einyo was screaming.
He saw again the young lady suffering in too much cold. The first time when it happened it was vague. But at this time, it was clearer. The girl was not shivering at this time. She was unconscious. And she was not just feeling cold, but was literally cold to touch. The girl was physically cold. 
Then Einyo's vision suddenly vanished.
"Her body was cold." He uttered as he's back to his sense.
"Is she's dead?" He asked.
"No, she's still alive." He answered himself. 
"How can I certain?" He asked himself.
"I saw her, she's unconscious but she's alive." He surely said.
Then Einyo went to his master to tell about his vision.
"Really?" The old man was surprised.
"It works again?" He was excited.
"How did you activate it? You know it now how?" He asked consecutive.
"Anyway, what did you see?" He added to his questions.
"That girl again." Einyo answered.
"What happened to the girl?"
"She was unconscious.. and.. she's cold. Physically cold." Einyo said.
"What?" The old man was shocked.
"Did you see your brother too? Where is he now?" The old man asked.
"No."
The three arrived in the City of Kingsland. They asked some people there about the location of the Mt. Miraculo. It's exactly, because the Mt. Miraculo was part of the Kingsland. As the three arrived in the said city, Aliyah at the same time was peeking from the window and she saw the dawn. It's a sign that the sun was about to rise again in the West country.
