Femi was terrified of what was to happen. He was mad at himself for failing Fola.
He tried thinking of what to tell everyone back at home if anything happens to any of them.
He couldn't help but blame himself.
Femi took the case personal and was unable to sleep a wink ever since Iremide was kidnapped.
As the police officers trotted through the bushy area for more than 30 minutes without seeing any sign, they began to lose hope.
"Are you sure this is the place?", one of the police officer from the area asked.
"Yes, I was the one that brought her here", Femi replied with certainty.
"We've been walking for 30 minutes now without coming across a single soul. Maybe they changed the location, don't you think?", he asked Femi.
Femi responded: "No, we need to keep searching. I was here some minutes ago. Let's keep searching please. I can't go without Fola."
"Alright", he gave in. "Let's keep moving guys."

Mr Garba couldn't comprehend what Olamide meant by Sexual Sadism Disorder.
He kept on pondering on what his son told him. "Is it a Medical Disorder or a mental Disorder?", he asked himself.
"I can't go with him to the hospital to confirm what the problem really is because he will eventually find out about his impotency. Olamide is becoming deviant because of that bitch. That girl is just deceiving him, I know my son can't impregnant a woman. What do I do?", he soliloquized walking round his room.
"Olamide wants to ruin my plan with his irresponsibility. He still needs to get married to Fola or else I will be ruined. I think I need to go see Fola's father", he said picking up his car keys and rushing off to Mr. Obed's home.
He got there to meet the place locked. He wondered where his friend went to as he marched towards the gate of the compound.
He was about to enter his car when he received a call. It was from one of his boys.
"Good evening boss", the guy said.
"Jaguar", Mr. Garba called.
"Yes boss", he replied.
"Why are you calling?"
"We have a problem boss", Jaguar announced.
"What problem?", Mr Garba asked with anxiety.
"Boss, it's not something we can discuss on phone."
"Are you in my house?", Mr Garba asked.
"Yes boss."
"I will be there shortly", he said and hunged up.
He got into his car and zoomed off.

"Bolu, they aren't picking yet?", Mrs Obed asked with fear.
Mrs. Balogun was worn out from so much grief as she watched them lament in silence.
Bolu rushed back to Mrs. Balogun's house after her call with her friend but was met the absence of Fola.
She felt bad and cried till she was able to summon up the courage to call her line. Fola didn't pick and she tried Femi's number instead.
"Femi isn't picking but Fola's call was bounced", Bolu replied with a red eye.
It was almost 6pm and they were all restless. Ife was by her mother side looking into space out of tiredness.
Mr. Garba was also in the house and was shocked to hear about the fact that his daughter went to rescue the kidnapped boy.
He was fuming in anger at his wife's foolishness.
"Just pray my daughter comes back home safe or else I will show you the other side of me", he said to his wife whose head was bowed.
"Just a few days of giving you the liberty to do as you like and my daughter is missing due to your foolish act. How could you have even allowed her to go just like that. What sort of a woman would stare wide-eyed and let her daughter walk into the pit of fire?"
"Daddy, we are sorry", Bolu pleaded.
"Don't tell me that. She is the only child I have and you don't expect me to just sit here and do nothing. If anything happens to her........."
"What would you do?", Mrs. Obed questioned raising her head up and looking him straight in the eyes.
"You dare ask me that?", Mr. Obed said suprised at her question.
"I just want to know what you would do", she answered calmly.
"So you can dare me right? If anything happens to my daughter, I will send you out of my house", he lamented and marched out of the house.
Mrs. Obed shook her head in pity.

"Jaguar, what is the problem?", Mr. Garba asked him.
"Boss, we have a betrayal in our midst", he replied.
"Say it already", he said with impatient.
"Rachel and T-boy deceived us. They still have Iremide in their custody and they are asking for a ransom from his parent. Fola went there with the money and she was also abducted", Jaguar explained.
"What? How dare Rachel?", he said. Then looked at him and asked: "How did you know?"
"Jay Jay informed me. He got a private deal and on his way there, he discovered that one of our location was occupied by Rachel and T-boy."
"Damn it. I want you and the other boys to go there now and get a hold of them before the police does."
"All of them?", he asked.
"Yes, all of them. And kill them all except Fola."
"Done sir."
"Get going before the police gets there", Mr. Garba remarked.
"And do a clean job", he added.
"Alright boss", he said and left.
"Rachel must be stupid for thinking she can hold my son down with that foolish pregnancy. I am sure T-boy is the one responsible for the pregnancy. It can never be my son because I know he is impotent. So killing her won't hurt", he said smilling to himself.
He sat down on a sofa close to where he was standing to relax his body when he recalled something.
He stood up with immediately alacrity and asked himself:
"Could it be that the baby is mine?", he asked no one in particular.

Femi and the police officers were tired of walking as it was getting dark.
The other police officers were beginning to take Femi for a fool.
"I left Fola on the highway and she came this way", he said trying to convince them.
"But we haven't seen anyone", one of the police officer said.
"Please let's go back", another person said.
"This is a futile case and it has drained all of my energy already. Are you sure you are a police officer?", one of them asked him and the others laughed despite the tiredness.
They turned one after the other to go back the way they came when they heard the sound of gunshots.
Startled, they all turned back quickly in alert and slumped to the ground to hide from whoever was watching them without their knowledge. They all laid in form of an ambush.
Femi prayed within him for a miracle. "Oh Lord! Keep Fola and Iremide safe."
They were there for a few minutes before hearing the rustling of the grass which signifies the movement of someone.
Femi raised his head up a bit and gasped when he saw Fola's lifeless body on the ground with Iremide kneeling beside her in tears.
Then he saw a man approaching Iremide with a gun. Femi turned back to look at the officers behind him with a look of 'I told you, now you see?'
They all nodded in approval and sprang to action.
The man was smilling evilly and talking to Iremide while pointing the gun at him.
"This is the Nigerian Police Force from Maraba Jos and this is to tell you that we have surrounded every corner of this area. Any single move from you and you are dead. Now, put down your gun and turned around", one of them ordered.
T-boy was with a horrified look on his face. He shot Iremide who slumped beside Fola and raced towards the uncompleted building.
The police officers stood up from the ambush and ran after him. They were not gaining on him so Femi shot him on the leg.
They were almost close to the uncompleted building and Femi could see a body in front of the building.
Femi instructed two of the officer to go bring the vehicles so they could take Fola and Iremide to the hosptal and also Rachel and T-boy to the station.
They got a hold of T-boy and Rachel who was still groaning in pains with blood flowing from her private part.
Femi knelt beside Fola and Iremide. Iremide was shot on the leg and he was groaning in pain as blood was gushing out from his right leg.
Fola on the other hand was unconscious. He placed his head on her chest and then he realised she was no longer breathing.
"No!", he yelled as tears spilled down from his eyes.
