Episode 13
"Is Alison the name of your family?"
Dawson looked at him intently and said "no. That is the name of my daughter.
Evans's words were unambiguous, according to Dawson. He recently gestured in this manner and seemed to be having a good time. Nevertheless, Evan gave an unnecessary response.
"Is that her full name?" Dawson caught Evan's eye. His eyelids jerked in an odd way when he saw Dawson's face. Why did he think the man in front of him had eyes that looked like Bailey's? Inconceivable.
He was reminded by a voice to him.
"Nadia Alison is my name. You are free to call me Alison. Nadia stopped abruptly and turned to look at Evan.
"Alison Nadia?" Evan held his hands after hearing this name. He thought back to the clinical history list that he had discovered that day in Rachel's office. He simply inquired because he became increasingly skeptical. "Why isn't your dad's last name the same as yours?"
Nadia simply turned her head to look at Dawson because she had no idea what Evan meant. It was common for Dawson to have missed what Evan meant recently, but Evan had previously asked a question about personal safety. If he wasn't able to figure it out, he was without a doubt incompetent. He quickly brought Nadia back to his body and spoke softly.
"Evan, I think you're asking a lot. You have nothing to do with this situation."
Evan was a little dazed. When he saw Bailey taking cover behind Dawson personally, he became even more dissatisfied and his tone became more cruel.
"It doesn't really matter if she had a last name that was similar to yours or not. I'm curious about why a child from a typical family wouldn't likely attend a school like Seal Coast Charter Kindergarten. Dawson is merely the company's chief learner. I really can't figure out how you are so competent to send your child here if you don't have a profitable business or a job that pays well." Dawson appeared embarrassed.
Despite Evan's forcefulness to the point where even a single sentence could resonate, he was certain that he had never enraged Evan before.
He was without a doubt incapable of sending Nadia here on his own. As a result, he was perplexed at that point and unsure of how to respond.
"This is private information of other people. Evan, it has nothing to do with you." Dawson's anxiety was alleviated by Rachel's unexpected obstruction.
In Rachel's disappointment, Rachel turned to Evan and asked, "Does he have to answer to you how he enrols his child into this school?" You've been getting involved in so many different things recently."
Evan's face turned pale when he heard this. Rachel, who in the past had nothing to do with men, helped this man in a shocking way and, surprisingly, humiliated Evan openly.
"Rach, I'm doing this for the wellbeing of Bailey," he said immediately, "I'm anxious about the possibility that there is always the good and the bad people in this school, so it's smarter to appropriately inquire."
" Why now? When I first enrolled Hayley and Kaylie in the school, you never did that." You return to the car first, I'll take the children in," Rachel said without looking at him.
Evan would normally be refused entry by the gate man because of what Rachel had said. The norm at seal coast Kindergarten was this.
"Rach!" Outside the entrance, resentful Evan made a grimace. He could see Rachel and Dawson's figures entering. His face was twisted with rage because they didn't stop people in their tracks.
In front of Hayley, Kaylie, and the two adults, Bailey and Nadia walked. She shrugged and murmured when Nadia turned her head and observed Evan's behavior of grimacing his face in frustration.
"Bailey, are you really fond of this, sir? He is, in my opinion, somewhat terrifying." She went online to look up Evan's information after she heard Greg say that Rachel was planning to marry Evan.
The photos Online were completely decorated, which made Evan appeared to be a sovereign from heaven. However, when Nadia saw the real person now, she was obviously suspicious. Only his dark suit made him appear shrewd.
When compared to Dawson and Nadia, his demeanor and manner of speech were nothing short of mediocre. Ms. Cox without a doubt had a terrible taste in Nadia's small brain.
Bailey repeatedly shook his head in disbelief when he realized he had been somewhat manipulated. "He doesn't like you?" "Why do you actually want him to be your stepfather?" asked Nadia in shock. Bailey gave his head a much more lively shake.
"You're suggesting that you don't want him to be your stepfather?" Unexpected light illuminated Nadia's eyes. Bailey gave a nod.
"How about your sisters? They wanted him to be a stepfather, right? Bailey made a negative nod once more.
"Then...," Nadia said, her eyes widening, "What do you think of my Daddy?" Do you think it would be better for you to let my dad be your stepfather? Bailey gave a positive head nod.
Nadia was so upbeat when she saw this that she almost jumped. She spoke, flickered her enormous eyes, and held Bailey's hand as if she had discovered the expectation once more.
"Then, at this point, we ought to arrange for their proximity. Relax; when my Daddy finally becomes your stepfather, I will share my things with you.
Bailey made a gesture, but he suddenly shook his head once more. He presented it to her after putting his head down to write something about the planning phase. Most of the words were lost on Nadia.
"Bailey, what have you written?" she asked with a scowl. Seeing this, Bailey turned and ran back. He gave Ms. Cox the planning phase and highlighted it, followed by Nadia, so that she could read the words aloud. When Rachel saw this, she looked at him in a strange way.
Bailey appeared to be extremely agitated when she observed him grasping the side of his clothes. As a result, she could frown and read it reluctantly.
"My family has a lot of money. We are not required to share things. Bailey, what do you mean?" Bailey gave Ms. Cox a cold look, grabbed the planning phase, and ignored her conversation.
He walked over to Nadia's side and gave her a smile. Nadia made jovial gestures toward Bailey while grinning happily.
"Yes, of course, smart boy." After saying their goodbyes to their mother, Hayley and Kaylie walked to their classes.
Rachel was unable to comprehend the peculiar behavior of the two children. In any case, in her opinion, her inability to comprehend the children's behavior was not commendable, so she stopped pondering everything.
She didn't think about it in this way. Dawson appeared to be absorbed and discouraged as he traveled. He only regained his good judgment after the Nadia occupied him. He stated that after failing for some time, "Ms. Cox, thank you for helping Nadia with enrolling into this school." Rachel checked out at the front with almost no visible features. She spoke cheerfully. Try not to think too much. It's because Bailey and Nadia generally get along well. Nadia is considered to be Bailey's best friend.
As his mother, I have faith that she will be able to accompany Bailey. Dawson was astonished to hear these words. The sole reason she spent so much money to grant Nadia access to this school was because he thought she should go with Bailey. It was true that wealthy people could do anything they wanted. Dawson would certainly not submit to the better over receiving inadequate compensation if it were not caused by the school's excellent clinical offices.
He should bow strongly now and could bow. Dawson stayed with Rachel. In his rage, he was clenching his hands so tightly that they made some squeaking sounds.
"What is that sound?" Rachel turned to look at him and all of the unexpected things. His face was filled with grins and his hands were free.
"Does anything sound? How come I don't hear it?" Rachel's eyes narrowed, and she spoke slowly. "Is it? It's possible that I misheard." At that point, the enrollment interaction was settled.
The associate head took the Hayley and Kaylie straight to their scheduled classes. This time, Dawson and Rachel went to the school to find out more about the atmosphere there. Because Rachel didn't look into the school when she first chose Hayley and Kaylie, Rachel had a similar reason to him.
When Dawson arrived at the jungle gym, he was just looking around and planning to leave. In any case, he heard a suspicious voice behind him at that point. He stopped moving.
"There are no prosperity measures for the student play ground." The associate head who had been following them caught Rachel's attention. Her tone was somewhat pessimistic.
"Is it accurate to say that you are confident that these are protected?" Dawson appeared slightly different after hearing Rachel address the associate chairman. "Take a look at the swings, they are high and the ground at the base is padded.
There has never been a swing-related accident at our school." In disbelief, Rachel pointed at the swings. "Never implies that there are no risks. How about the ability of a small child to adjust to prevent the person in question from falling if a child gives up their hand while swinging? Rachel gave the rainbow plastic runway that was not far away a serious look as she turned her head back.
"In addition, I had previously investigated the plastic runway a few seconds ago. The corner isn't completely cleared with plastic.
The cleanup of grass weeds is not given sufficient attention at your school. Kids are sneaky.
Imagine a situation where there are noxious snakes, and you will all be unable to see them if they hide in the grass. White appeared on the associate executive's face. She didn't know how to respond in the slightest. Which child could play on the swing and give up his hand without a reason?
The field's grass was not much higher than a lower leg, which may have been caused by the nursery workers' recent relaxation. Rachel was without a doubt the most demanding guardian at Seal Coast Charter Kindergarten.
"I don't think it's that important," The ice was silent from Dawson's voice. He went down the hall and got close to them.
"Ms. Cox, you really put a lot of stress on your kids especially Bailey. Nadia had fallen off the swing before, breaking her arm and damaging her face. Still, I don't think that's a terrible situation."
He examined Rachel. He looked like he was thinking about something very warm through his delicate eyes. "Since that occurrence, whenever she swings, she will hold the rope strongly to avoid falling.
In any case, she will tell me something along the lines of "Daddy, get the rope firmly" while I'm perched on the swing. Hearing this, Rachel's stressed face relaxed a ton. She looked at Dawson with a puzzled enunciation for a long time.
The associate chairman remained cautious as he observed this.
"Ms. Cox, I believe the young man's words are extremely clear. However, in the event that you are actually dissatisfied, we will remove the swing, and we will immediately clear the plastic runway of all turf.
Rachel spoke deeply after a brief pause for reflection. "Try not to stress over it, basically leave it like this. Please get in touch with me right away if the kids has any problems from now on."
"Okay, since everything looks great, I'll return to answer to the head," the associate head said as he hurled a plea for assistance before turning to Dawson with a smile.
"Ms. Cox, I can't really accept that you're also able to pay attention to others' perspectives," Dawson said as he took a deep breath and sat on the swing. Rachel looked at him with her eyes raised. His eyes were somewhat constrained by the morning light, which was spread across his face.
He was grinning with an exquisite smile with a little sensation of goading Ms Cox. She recently inquired, "In your view, I'm a despot who pays attention to no other sentiments?" and was surprised not to feel nauseated. Dawson denied with flattery while playing the swing.
"How can that be the case when everyone is aware that Ms. Cox is young and healthy? How can you be such a erratic dictator?"
"Dictator?" Rachel's eyes were blurry.
"Umm." Dawson changed the subject immediately after realizing that he had completely misunderstood what he said.
"I simply believe that Ms. Cox is overly concerned for the children, particularly Bailey. When things become outrageous, they will grow in the opposite direction. Children absolutely require their own space as well.
"Is it?" Rachel's demeanor appeared somewhat muddled. Dawson reasoned that she didn't agree with his point of view. To tell you the truth, it doesn't matter if a child is a little bit hurt. It is wrong for people to refuse to leave their homes because they are afraid of the outside world.
Bailey shouldn't be held by you or your security guard under the nursery. He won't ever know what kind of life he needs if he can't see the light of day outside. Nevertheless, we should all be brought into the world for our unique lives, right?" Rachel's mind was clearly moved by these words.
He kept hearing the phrase "we all should be brought into the world for our one-of-a-kind life." Dawson asked cautiously after observing her odd articulation. "Maybe, is the fact that Bailey is unable to speak the reason you are so concerned about his situation?" Rachel got her good judgment back. She had something burning in her eyes as she looked at Dawson.
"My apologies are accepted, please." Dawson clenched his lips right away. I'm sorry, but just imagine that I say nothing because I forgot that you told me not to ask this.
He looked at his wrist from below. She quickly changed the subject, "It's late, I need to go to work," as she got up from the swing. I'll get out first. "Bailey will not be hesitant to talk if it isn't a direct result of the occurrence a few years ago."
Dawson's voice was followed by a gentle voice with just enough self-criticism. As a result, Dawson slowed down. He shifted, somewhat perplexed. He wondered, in one way or another, whether he had misheard. Taking everything into consideration, Rachel was not someone who would casually discuss a private family matter with others.
He was even derided by her when he inquired about the situation and inquired as to the legitimate reason Bailey was unable to speak the previous time.
"Do you mean to imply that Bailey is unwilling to speak?" He probably asked a question. Rachel made a somewhat confused articulation of a gesture.
"Bailey was able to talk a lot when he was young, but after a mishap at home, he became reluctant to talk. The doctor had determined that his vocal nerves and strings were unharmed. Only that he wouldn't talk, and the doctor said it was a mental problem.
"Mental problem?"
"What did he experience around that time?" Dawson's heart slightly broke for him. Rachel's remorse was much greater when he said this. Surprisingly, she moaned.
"I have no concept at all." He accused her even more for the manner in which she did not realize. When she got back to her house that day, she found Bailey obliviously lying on the bed without a clear explanation, and she couldn't figure out what happened that evening.
In the old chateau, the housekeepers who dealt with Bailey were also unaware. Subsequently, Rachel was hesitant to leave the kids with her father after that. Dawson had no idea what to expect when Rachel's foreheads were wrinkled and she looked like she was feeling awfully guilty.
"It's not surprising that you're now so worried about Bailey. However, the issue has already been resolved; therefore, it is no longer relevant. This kind of comfort was completely pointless. Rachel's face appeared dark and hopeless.
In a flash, Dawson lamented striking her crude sore spot. He was slightly afraid. She couldn't have intended to cry because of the difficulty of being deeply hurt! A thought ran through his head as he looked at the swing he had just left.
"Ms. Cox, have you ever played on a swing before?" Rachel saw him as a puzzle as a result of this meaningless sentence. She was effectively pushed to sit on the swing and pulled by Dawson before she could respond.
"When you play on a swing, you won't be able to remember all of your worries and problems. I'll push you if you stay there, Ms. Cox.
"I don't have to bother you to push."
"It's just a minor issue, Ms. Cox. I'm aware I've struck your crude sore spot; sit accordingly. "Dawson." Rachel said with gritted teeth after her mouth jerked.
"I will deduct your compensation in the event that you do not stop it now."Download Novelah App
