"Would you like to meet with the Alpha of your pack?" George asks after they have all gone to Alexander's room.
"Kellie, please apologize." George tells her. "...to Alexander. You should not have done that."
"Well, I'm sorry, Alex. I was just copying my my mate."
"How?" Alex smirks, feeling honored as they are apologizing to him.
"Well, what I was saying…" George continues. "...would you like to see your Alpha?"
"Why?" Mike comes in. "Though I now like to be a part of you but why do you keep on asking?"
"No response from us should tell you that we are clearly disinterested in seeing that man!" Alfred raises his voice but Douglas calms him down.
Little do they know that Festus and Kelvin are present in the room.
"Fine." George clips. "I'm also not interested in helping you destroy his pack. Cause why would you think of that?"
"Alpha Festus has shown us trouble. Red eyes." Mike tells him. "I almost died when the elves were pursuing me."
"And that was why you are planning to destroy his pack?" George sighs.
"Point of correction." Austin comes in. "...it's no longer his pack."
"Yes, it is now controlled by elves and our intention is to kill those elves and take over the pack."
"And you think the moon goddess will be pleased with this?" Kellie asks.
"Who cares?" Douglas shrugs.
"We need a wizard to help us. Only a wizard can take down a pack controlled by elves, and honestly, I don't know why that's so! Even demons can do it as easily as wizards can do it."
"I'll think about it if you're interested in seeing your Alpha." George tells them.
"No, boss." Alexander talks. "Don't be like that. Okay okay, let's see Festus."
"You all want to see him?" George asks.
"Maybe." Douglas replies while others nod their heads.
"That's vague." George says. "I want a clearer answer. As you all know, we have to leave here as soon as possible. But, I'm sorting things out so no one would be confused or have anything to bicker about."
"If Festus comes in here now and apologizes, if you know you'd accept his apology and move on with life, let me see your hands raised up above your heads." He adds.
"Above, I say, please. Not same level."
Festus giggles and shows George his thumbs, winking at him while Kelvin smirks at his intelligence.
All of them raise their hands up.
"Good." George tells them. "I have a plan, and you have to swear to the moon goddess with your blood not to reveal it to anyone."
"One at a time." Austin replies. "Come on, let's see Fest. Fast. Fist." He giggles.
"Dude, you've got no brain." Alexander retorts. "Did you see him follow George here? We are going to see him, just shut the heck up."
"This is what I've been sensing would happen." Kellie tells George. "Maybe you should hide the agenda."
"Who cares?" Alfred shrugs. " Let's see Festus. Lead us to his pack and give the victory to us. Nothing else interests us."
"Yes, exactly." Douglas supports.
"Wow." George remarks, seeing Festus frowning his face at his Betas. "But, why the sudden interest in seeing Festus?"
"I hope it's not what I'm thinking." Kellie says.
"Maybe. Maybe not." Austin retorts. "Please, don't waste our time."
"You're being too rude, dude." Alexander barks at Austin from the bed he's reclining his back on. "Do you know who he is?"
Austin snickers, and shrugs.
"I'll go out and mind link Festus. He would be here soon." George says, and heads straight to the door. Kellie follows him behind as Alfred protests.
"Is it that necessary?" He asks, his voice dropping into whispers. "Well, maybe." No one answer his question, he does, himself.
"Moon goddess strike George." Austin says, sitting directly beside Kelvin and Festus without him knowing. George shows his middle finger to Festus but since Austin can't see him nor Kelvin, he takes it personal.
George doesn't even give it any damn thought. Instead, he and Kellie move out as Kelvin with Festus joins them. George jerks the door open, and moves with others to the last room in the house. Expectedly, it's vacant.
"Kellie, would you be scared if I disappear into thin air?" George asks her after getting to the room and sitting on the bed.
"No." Kellie chuckles. "Probably not."
"What if I appear?" George deadpans.
"No!" Kellie sniggers. "Why these questions? I thought you wanted to mind link Festus and tell him his attention is needed?"
"Yeah, actually." George replies. "But, nope, I deceived them. Hehe."
"Duh!" Kellie says. "I could be scared but since you have told me now, I wouldn't. Where do you want to disappear into?"
"That is none of your business though." George smirks. "Festus would come in here now."
Kellie moves closer to him, and spits on his forehead.
"The fuck!" George fumes. "Why would you do that!?"
"I was teasing you though." She spits on his forehead again, and without thinking twice, George directs his hands to hit her chin and midway hitting her, Kellie shrieks while others in the upper room chuckle and consider it as moans.
Festus blocks his hands, and hides under the bed.
"I never knew you have such an hour temper." Kellie scoffs.
"Don't repeat it." George replies. "For this you have done, Festus won't only happen here, he would close your eyes with his palms and say gibberish into your ears making them twitch."
"Ready to go?" George chuckles, seeing her getting a bit scared. "You said you ain't be scared, so let's try this."
Kellie pouts her lips, and kisses George to his wonder. George tucks his hands into her blossoms and she stops the cuddles abruptly.
"Ah!" She screams at him. "Must you get to that area?"
"If I don't, who should?"
"I own them. I don't like being touched there, please."
"Then…" George blows out air from his mouth. "...maybe you ain't my mate anymore."
"You don't mean it?"
"I don't mean what! Why would you hide that from me? I own you, and you own me.
"Okay, sir." She smiles.
"You'll only give them to a scumbag after I die, right?" He slightly yells at her, sighing in regret for diverting what he has separated himself to do. "You'll give those big objects to someone who don't even know you from Adam! When I have been killed for risking my damn life for you!!"
"Take it easy, George." Kelvin tells him, still in his demon form. "Just do what you came here to do, and we would settle this. You're newly mated, you should not be fighting at all."
George goes into his demon mind link as Kellie lays down in bed, thinking of the words he had said to her..
"I think I'm gonna consider going for a second mate so I'll switch when one behaves like an idiot." He replies Kelvin.
Festus clears his throat, and says. "Well, George, I would rather you don't consider this."
"Like, seriously, come to think of it. You know Clarissa, don't you?"
"Yes. She's a slut." Kelvin says.
"No, she has been with me without any clothes. I didn't notice that."
"So you were gazing at the area?" Festus coughs.
"That's none of your business."
"You deserve this, George." Festus says. "You have cheated on your mate."
"I'll wait for the scene I'll see her cheating on me." George replies Festus. "I'm no longer interested in this conversation."
"You started, you can end it." Kelvin snorts.
"Festus, please come out now." He says and returns to his human self. He sees a faint flashing of a wolf but he doesn't give it a fuck.
"I'm sorry, George." Kellie says. "Let's get going home."
Kellie suddenly shrieks at the top of her voice as she feels human hands touching her neck up to her head.
"You said you won't be afraid." George chuckles. "Oh my gosh, aah! Aah!" He mimicks Kellie.
"It's not funny." Kellie says, gasping. "That was creepy. Ain't i gonna suffer from you?"
"Hello Kellie." Festus greets, leaning his back on the door as Kelvin disappears in the thin air. As George wants to ask where he is heading to, he drops a message in his mind link to open later.
"Alpha Festus!" Kellie seems excited to see him. "Now, let's go see others."
"Sure." Kellie moves to the upper room with Festus while George lingers in the room, trying to unlock the message Kelvin drops to his mind link.
"Moon goddess, please explain this to me. What does he mean by loss?" George pleads, after reading the four letters in his mind, L-O-S-S.
"What does it mean?" He soliloquizes but Kellie soon jerks inside the room.
"George!" She yells with fear gripping her heart. "As you think! They are fighting! Punching real hard! It might attract the monsters.
George follows behind her immediately. He pauses at once, and takes his hands to Kellie's chest, intentionally dragging them down to her blossoms.
