" Why did you come here ?"  He asked with his arms crossed on his chest, demanding for an answer I don't have. 
I could have swear I saw his eyes gleam in delight but knowing my father , I will just assume I'm imagining it.
Yep, definitely assuming.
My dad and I don't get along ever since I picked music as my career over business, so we started frustrating each other from then.
" Why are you asking me ? Ask mom," I turned to mom to ask, " mom why am I here ? "
She looked at me with a guilty look " I wanted us to have a family time."
I scoffs, " Mum I clearly remember you telling me that you want the both of us to spend time together and we should include Ken because  he can't stay alone, not SPEND MY WEEK WITH THE MAN YOU MARRIED. " I shou red pinching the bridge of my nose trying to be calm.  " I'm going back to California, I can't spend a second with this man." I said, even though I did not mean it, I'm not going to give dad the satisfaction that I miss him even if he acts like a jerk sometimes.
Dad looked at me with his bottom lips jutting out, why is he looking sad ? He is putting on a facade for mum. I scoffed. 
" You are going to cause a scene if you shout too much, so shh..." she said hushing me. "Don't disrespect your father, he is your father," She said sternly which made me roll my eyes.
"-I brought you here to spend time with you, and also with your father. "
" Why didn't you tell me before  coming here ? "
" Will you agree ? No, you won't. So what's the essence of telling you when I know that you won't, please..." Mom pleaded "just for one week, bond with your father unless I will increase your one week suspension to a month." She threatened and I flared up.
" Are you threatening me ?! I even accepted my fate but you know what..." I was about rambling but was cut off by mom saying, " I'm sorry, it just slipped out of my mouth, I just want us to spend this week together as a family happily, Kylie please do that for me... Please !!"
I rolled my eyes and let out a sigh " Fine, I will-" Immediately I said that her eyes lit up like a kid happy in Christmas morning.
"- I will try to bond with him, very much." I told her with a grin on my face.
Mum smiled widely, " Thank you, trust me you won't regret." Mum said feeling giddy.
Dad was looking at me weirdly. " I don't trust her, she can't just agree easily, even the way she talks it sounds like she is planning something evil in that her small head of hers." He said eyeing suspiciously.
I snorted. 
Mom sighing as she turned to him, " Don't be ridiculous Damien, how will she be planning evil towards you, she is just a kid." Mom turned to me and I gave her the best innocent smile I have ever given someone. 
" Just a kid, you say ?? She is..."
Mom interrupted him." Stop it Damien, please behave. Let this week be peaceful and happy."
" Fine , I will. But if she ever does anything, I will..." He was interrupted by mum talking again.
" Don't do anything, behave like an adult."
" With her, I don't think I can behave like one."
" With him too, I don't think I can behave like one." I said mimicking his tone.
" Behave like what ? Are you not a kid ? " Dad said with a laugh.
I let out a tsk. Why can't I be perfect in comebacks. I released a sigh feeling disappointed at myself.
" Please both of you don't cause trouble or disturb me throughout this week." Mum said and held Ken's hands walking away.
Ken dragged his hands out of mum's, " I'm not a child, don't hold my hand." He said walking ahead of mum. 
" Who is deceiving this one that he is not a kid ? " She shake her head with a laugh, " Ken you better don't give me headache this week," she turned to us, " and you too... Ah! I can't believe I have crazy family." 
" I won't mum," I shouted, " but that does not mean I won't trouble dad." I mumbled softly ensuring only dad hears. 
" Honey do you hear what she just said."
I laughed walking fast to meet up with mom.
I'm so going to bond with him.

" Kylieeeeeeeeee!!!!!!"
The perfect alarm to wake up to. 
I yawned strechted my hands above my head feeling refreshed, I open my eyes to greet the dayshine and smile having the feeling that today will be a great day because of the way I woke up to that perfect sound of my name being called.
My door burst open with force by an angry being with smoke fuming out of his ear, let me rephrase that. Mom won't want me disrespecting my father.
Oh yeah that being is my father.
" What did you apply to my bathing soap ?" He shouted in anger.
Oh, I forgot to add orange to description of the being, an angry orange being.
" What happened to you father ? Why are you looking orange ? It is a nice colour tho but how did it happen ?" I asked faking concern.
He scoffed, "Don't act like you don't know how it happened."
" I'm not acting, I don't know. I just arrived yester night so how will know, it is not like I have magic or something."
" Stop acting..."
Mum came inside my room cutting him." Damien stop it, She is not one who did it,maybe someone else did. She just arrived in your house yester night so how will she have done it, she does not her way around here ,this is first time being besides our door was locked so it can't possible be her." 
" I'm sure it is her, don't underestimate your daughter."
" Stop it Damien, I will be downstairs preparing breakfast, apologize to her." Mum orderedhim and walked out.
He turned to me, " You knew your mother was there."
" Maybe." I laughed.
He snorted. " Just so you know I was a master in pranks during my time and you just activate it so you better watch your back because you don't know what maybe waiting for me. The game is on." He said walking out.
I chuckled and opened one of the drawers of my nightstand near my bed and brought out the orange dye I put inside his bathing soap.
It was too easy, I'm too good at picking locks and he is such a deep sleeper.
I twirl the bottle on the table, and smirk. " Game on papa."
