Prisca glanced at the wall clock, it was almost time for her to go to the salon. Her throat aches for water and right now, she badly needs one.
"I need to go get a drink" she said to Grey who nodded, kissed her on the check and concentrated on the movie he was watching.
Prisca walked into the kitchen, she opened up the refrigerator, took out a plastic bottle of chilled water and gulped down half of its contents into her system.
With her eyes scanning around the large kitchen, her eyes rested on a piece of paper at the counter. Confused as she wondered who would place it there, Prisca walked closer to the counter, picked up the paper.
"To Prisca" she muttered as she read the words written. Curious to know ist content, she opened it and began to read word for word. Immediately, a look of great concern filled her and she couldn't believe what she just read. This letter was written to her by Rex stating that he has left the house for good and no one should look for him.
Prisca looked up, this paper must have been here since morning. She is sure that Grey has walked into the kitchen to get a bottle of soda, it isn't possible that he will see something like this and not let her know that Rex left a note.
"Grey" she called as she walked towards the living room
"Grey, did you have any idea that Rex left a note for me?" She asked glaring at him.
"It's none of my business" Grey answered coldly to the shock of Prisca who couldn't help but wonder what had gotten into him.
"What is wrong with you Grey? Your brother left the house starring that he has left without any valuable reason and you sit there and act like you are not worried about his safety?"
Grey turned to her and the look in his eyes was so deadly that it caught Prisca off guard, "Do I look like his babysitter? Tell me! Do I? Rex is a grown ass man and I don't know why you are so worked up about his whereabouts' ' he narrowed his eyes giving her a suspicious look, "Don't tell me that you have some kind of feelings for him?".
Prisca, frozen in shock at his words, couldn't imagine that Grey would say something like this just because she is worried for Rex's safety.
"I love you Grey and I also care about Rex because he is my brother. Why on Earth will you ever say something like this?' she asked, shocked.
"Anything is possible, if you do love him in that special way, just let me know and I will get the fuck out of your life!" He sparked in anger adding more to Prisca's shock.
"I know that something is wrong somewhere, something occured between you and Rex, something you don't want to tell me about because you acted so nice to him yesterday before he left for the company and how you are acting like you don't even give a shit about your own twin brother!".
Grey didn't say a word, he got up, walked towards her and wrapped his hands around her waist.
"I am so sorry for what I just said, it wasn't my intention to get you upset" he apologized, his arms still wrapped around her waist.
"You are right, something occured between me and Rex last night".
Prisca stared at him with an eagle expression, "What is it?".
"I confessed to Rex that I am in love with you and I don't care what anyone thinks about it just because we are siblings. I made it clear to him and he was so mad saying that father will fall to his grave in shock when he heard of such but I just don't care" he held her face and caressed her with his thumb, ",I love you so much and that what matter to me more than anything or anyone. I just got upset with him that he can't support his own brother, maybe that's why he left''. Grey stared at her with a fake sad look on his face.
Prisca stared at him surprised, now she knows how Rex got to know about her affair with Grey and apart from the time Rex said that she caught them kissing, she feels that she ever did but said all those words just to make her confess.
"You don't have to worry about that, Rex came into my room last night and told me that he is aware of our relationship. I confessed to him and told him how much I am in love with you without hiding my feelings. I let it out to him without any fear and he understood . He promised that he will help us talk to our parents when they are back from their honeymoon but I just can't understand why he will leave without saying a word to us".Prisca let out looking very worried.
Grey stared at her with words in his heart, he is happy that Rex didn't say anything about his fake love for her. All he wants now is to make her fall so deeply in love with him to the point that she cannot be able to do anything without him. With that, he will feel fulfilled and thrilled with joy.
Grey placed a kiss on her lips, "You worry too much my love. Maybe he got called by work, that's why he didn't have the chance to tell us by himself. But I am sure that Rex is safe wherever he is, you don't have to worry about anything".
Feeling a bit better by his words, Prisca smiled, "Alright,if you say so".
She glanced at the wall clock, "I need to go to the salon now" she let loose of his grip and began to head up the stairs.
"Don't you want me to drop you off?" Grey asked.
"No dear, I will just go on my own this time, I don't want to keep you waiting for almost three hours in the salon" she smiled and headed towards her room.
A few minutes later, she came down looking ready.
"You look beautiful" Grey kissed her and she giggled.
"I have to go now so that I can look pretty for you," Prisca laughed.
Grey kissed her again, "You already look pretty for me, what else do I need again" he placed kisses on her neck.
Prisca laughed, "I need to go now before any maid will catch us making out here" she let go of his grip and began to head towards the door.
"How long will you be away baby?" Grey asked.
"Just three hours, don't worry, I will be back before you know it, don't miss me too much" she responded and walked out of the house.
