A friend

"Oh.. so, whose house do you live in?" Asking Ara this, Delia gave her a meaningful look.
Ara didn't care about Delia's gaze, and calmly replied, "Who else but a bastard."
"Bastard man?"
"Yeah, bastard Andrawho else but him."
"Huh, how did you get with him?" Delia was surprised and asked.
In his mind, Andra or as Delia knew the president of the Vandhora Group was a cold man and didn't like being close to a woman.
let alone bring a woman to his house, never walk with a woman.
How could a man like him bring Ara to his house?
"You ask me, who should I ask? Don't you know yourself, he forcibly pulled me out?" ara didn't answer Delia's question, and instead asked back.
"Yes, I know. At the shop he grabbed your hand forcibly. I thought he took you to lunch. I didn't expect him to take you to his place of residence."
delia nodded in understanding, and then smiled at Ara and continued, "So, what are you doing here? What is it..aagh..it hurts...what are you doing?"
Before Delia finished saying her words, Ara pinched her arm and stopped her.
"Don't think too muchhe brought me here just to watch him eat!" said Ara a little angry.
Still stroking the skin of her hands which were red from Ara's pinch, Delia pouted and looked at Ara with annoyance.
Seeing that Delia wanted to say something more, Ara quickly stopped her and said, "Don't talk about it. Look at this!"
While saying, Ara handed the registration form that Andra had previously given to Delia.
Taking the sheet of paper that Ara gave him with a frown, Delia glanced at it and began to read it.
Not long after reading it, the frown on Delia's face immediately disappeared to be replaced by surprise.
"Is this for real?" Delia asked.
"Yes," Ara raised and smiled, "How? are you interested?"
"Of course! This has been our dream for a long time, right? Why don't we give it a try." Delia quickly nodded excitedly.
Delia, apart from her childhood best friend, she has better skills when it comes to changing some clothes. while Ara, she has a better ability in drawing.
These two people used to often describe and design clothes during high school. Many contests between schools and villages they did together, and won together.
now, there is something like this, and the competition prize is very big, Delia will automatically feel excited.
"Good! Two people who have been separated for a long time, and are back working together, I'm sure we can do more. yes, although I don't know, how is your skill, is it still like it used to be, or has it deteriorated." Ara said to Delia who was still excited in front of her.
In Ara's words, there was a hint of ridicule that she pinned.
with a slight sneer at Delia, Ara wasn't in disbelief, but she had other intentions. Ara hoped that, with this taunt, Delia would feel aroused and boost her morale.
Sure enough! finished saying those words just now, the Delia in front of him immediately gave Ara a confident look and said, "Don't underestimate other people. I've been working in the boutique for almost 5 years. My skills have definitely improved than in the past. It's you! what about your skills after being in your hometown for too long?"
Delia's reaction was what Ara wanted. He wasn't angry at Delia's words either, and smiled instead, "Do you know why I got here?"
regarding this question, Delia nodded, and said, "Yes! I still don't know how you got here."
"Let me say. So it's like this..." Ara started to tell her everything, how she got here.
not only how did Ara get here, she even said everything about the events in her village.
About his mother's death, his accident with Andra, until he won the contest on the website, and finally arrived here. it didn't stop there, Ara even said in detail how the trip got to Jakarta.
Kidnapping, bodyguards, even the identity of Andra and Ara tell everything to Delia.
Hearing all these stories from Ara's own lips, Delia was touched. because in all the years they were apart, he still believed in himself, and said something without hiding it.
All this time, Delia never expected that Ara would tell everything in detail. all the pressure, sadness and emotions that Ara had been feeling, Delia subconsciously felt it too.
He never thought, everything that happened to Ara was something extraordinary, which was even like a story in a movie.
when Ara finished telling her all the stories, Delia couldn't help but gently hold Ara's hand, and looked at her with teary eyes.
"Ara, I don't know if you went through everything like this. I can't stand it, I feel sad, and want to accompany you in the past." while saying, Delia also stroked Ara's hand, and tried to comfort her.
"What are you thinking. Everything is in the past. Look now, am I okay?"
when Ara said this, as if she never cared about her past, Delia felt even more sad and immediately hugged her.
"Hey, what are you doing?" Ara was surprised by Delia's attitude, and asked spontaneously.
"Everything you've been through is huge, I feel sorry for you." delia said from Ara's shoulder.
"Okay, okay. Let me go, I'm fine now."
"No. I want to calm you down."
Ara smiled and shook her head. Although he was grateful that Delia cared about him, he also didn't care about the matter anymore.
more importantly, it was him who experienced it, and not Delia. But, why did Delia feel more devastated than herself?
Just let him do whatever he wants, let him calm his heart.
So, Ara couldn't do anything and let Delia calm herself down. Though in truth, it was Delia herself who calmed herself down.
After a while, Delia finally loosened her grip and let go of him.
looked at Ara again, Delia's eyes were still teary, and felt sorry for Ara's fate.
Ara herself, who saw her like this found it funny and smiled, "Forget the past. Let's get to work."
Delia didn't make a sound, and just nodded slowly.
then, Delia took a pen and blank paper from her bag, and started handing them to Ara. With this, the two friends began to discuss about what kind of clothes the two of them should prepare for the competition.
well into the evening, they continued to work, and there were lots of blank papers with some of the clothes designs thrown under their feet.
"It's been a long time, and a lot of wasted paper. Why are you still not satisfied?" Delia asked Ara when they hadn't decided on the right picture.
ara stretched, shook her head, and quietly said, "I don't know. Looks like something's missing. Besides, I'm also hungry. We should eat first."
