Everybody eye was on us and I quickly push jeremy hand off mine.
"Sorry I didn't know you were trying to get something" I lied and a smirk formed on his lips.
Is he crazy is that how to react in a situation like this he doesn't even care if people actually find out about us.
I left them at the cafeteria and never went back there. After school was over I was the first to leave the class and walk to the park so I won't get noticed by anyone also I did my best in avoiding Jeremy.
I was scrolling through my phone when Mark walk up to me with a book in his hands, he kept hitting it on his palm creating an unnecessary sound .
Rachael don't sound too harsh, Mark had always been my crush I wonder where does feelings went to because I get irritated when Mark is around me he isn't who I thought he should be, maybe I was wrong about everyone around me.
He made the girls thinks he like me and make them feel bad and he told those that like me too and I really don't like him anymore but we are still cool as friends.
"Leaving so soon you must really be busy" he teased. "Actually am not in a hurry I just wanted to be here before my sister we made a bet" I lied, am getting so comfortable at lying and it bad.
"Wow I never thought of that if you don't mind we could study together" he suggested.
"I don't think that would be possible I don't really study during the day i read in a more quiet place and that should be in the night" I replied.
"We could have a sleepover"he suggested. "What" I half yelled and he just stare at me I realize he doesn't worth me yelling.
"Actually you should be studying with Tina and not me like I mean you guys had been together for a while now it won't really be polite if I study with you" I replied, I don't want to be a coward.
"Like seriously, nothing is really going on between both of us, we just talked about random things and that all not really what you are thinking" he said and I could tell he was saying the truth.
"We should study on our own we don't really need to study together I love studying alone am sorry" I replied nicely.
"What about we hangout this Friday after school maybe like a date or something" what!!! is he asking me out or something.
"Am occupied too am sorry" I replied again. "You don't want to go on a date with me right" he asked and I could notice the disappointment in his voice.
"Mark am not really into any relationship thing for now am sorry" I replied nicely. "But why him?"he asked and I didn't get what he is trying to say.
"I don't really understand you can you be more specific"I replied with one of my brows up. "Why do you choose him over me" he said and his voice was a little bit more audible.
"Mark sincerely I don't really get what you are saying but am not choosing anyone over anybody am just following my heart's and what are you trying to say in the first place" I replied harshly because I was really pissed off.
"I saved you from him and now you went back into his trap"his statement really brought out the bad side of me.
"Mark, I sincerely appreciate your kind attitude towards me and am really grateful but you thinking I would date you is really funny because I only had a friendship thing for you" I replied.
"Friendship" he repeated after me and I nodded positively.
"Am not dating Jeremy and that final" I shrugged.
"It fine just know it won't last long than you thought" he said and walk away.
What does he mean by it won't last longer than thought?.
"If he truly like me he should have walked up to me and tell me because I sincerely don't feel it unlike Jeremy I totally go numb around him and the feelings wasn't even like Jabson.
I really had a crush on him when we were kids but am just the type that Love fades quickly because he bullied me instead of giving me attention. I tried my luck with Jabson but he crumbled even before I knew it.
"Why are you here alone" I felt a hand around my waist and I smiled because it was Jeremy Cologne that filled my noise.
"You look Skeptical or kinda lost" he turned me around to face him.
"What did he say to you because you are totally in a bad mood obviously" he said studying my face.
"Nothing much and get your hands off me someone might see us" I said and kept a little distance from him.
"We are friends and no one would like friends been distance"he took a step closer to me and I smiled.
"Let study together or what do you"he asked, why is everyone studying with me.
"I only study in the mid-night and am not studying with you I might not be able to concentrate and it my first test I don't want to fail"I teased and he smirked.
"You might get tired of seeing an handsome face"he joked and I hit him playfully.
"What about a sleepover, seriously I always want you around me"he gave me a quick peck on my lips and I hit him.
A cough distracted us and I turned to see Michael and Michelle walking toward us. "I thought you wanted to keep this relationship stuff a secret"Michael interfered and I knew they overhead the conversation last night.
"And you are kissing in the public" Michelle added and I just watch the two blabbered as usual.
"I was only asking if she could spend the weekend with me" Jeremy replied and I eyed him but he just shrugged.
"Actually, Kate is coming over during the weekend and rachael would be busy with her favorite cousin" Michelle said grinning.
"She would get back to you later" Michael signal for us to go because the driver arrived.
I face Jeremy back and he returned a smile.
"See you tomorrow dear" he gave a warm hug and I hug him back.
"Let go" Michelle shouted.
"Am missing you already" he gave a puppy dog look and it was totally irresistibly.
"Can I kiss you like I mean a real kiss" he asked and I laughed.
"I told you no dating_"......I didn't finish my statement before I felt his lips on mine but Michelle shouted my name and I laugh on his lips.
I wave at him and went to join Michelle that gave me a deadly glare and Michael always minding his business.
"You are definitely doing the sleepover little sister" Michelle was the first to Break silent.
"I can't go to jeremy house for. sleepover he is living alone and anything could happen" I said with my eye fixed on my phone.
"Shut the crap, Dad and Mom is out of town if you go for a sleepover and am out with my new cute boyfriend it would be Kate and Michael and she won't stick around us as usual" she said and have a point but I can't go to Jeremy house, he lives alone what if he wants me to sleep with him just like Jabson?.
