"We didn't know who did it. She was poisoned witihin a knife," I fell on my knees when I heard it.
"You are bleeding," he said coldly. Then I noticed the wound on my foot. I just laughed bitterly.
"That's why you suddenly distanced yourself from me and you don't want me to come near her grave. You know that, don't you?" I said weakly while staring at my bleeding foot.
"You don't want me to be happy, so you killed the person I loved." I added but he remained silent. I just held back the tears that were about to fall. I never imagined that one day, the day will come when I will be this weak again.
"What's going on, dad? What is this girl saying?" I didn't look at which of my step sisters spoke, and hurriedly left the place.
After getting into my car, I drove it to Yuhan's house. Before I even reached their house, a car suddenly appeared in front of me so I easily avoided it. Because of my sudden turn, my car immediately collided with a pole and I hit the steering wheel.
But I didn't mind the pain and got out of the car to go to the driver that I almost crashed. I know whose car that is... it's yuhan!
"Rafa! What's wrong?" he asked in shock when he got out of his own car. He came to me and pulled my hair.
"Are you okay?" He asked worriedly. I couldn't hold back my feelings anymore and my tears started pouring out one after another.
"All my life has been a lie."
"What do you mean?" He asked but I didn't answer him because I know what he can do when it comes to me. He never asked me again and let me cry on his shoulder. After a few minutes, I stopped but I still didn't speak and remained silent until we reached his house.
He treated my wound quietly and silently. After everything, I went straight to sleep. I only felt tired. I don't want to think anymore because of the amount of things that have happened.
In an instant, I lost all reason to fight and live.

I woke up early to visit Rachelle at the hospital. I almost forgot about her because of what happened. I brought fruits that I picked to Yuhan's house.
When I opened the door to Rechelle's room, I found Warren covered in bruises on his face. He looked away as if embarrassed.
"Rechelle, how is she doing?" I asked him coldly.
"She's stable now," he answered without looking back.
"I'm breaking off the engagement." He is surprised by what I said and looked at me.
"I-it was decided by our parents," he said but I ignored him and went straight to the table and put the fruits I brought.
"Are you going to leave me now?" I was surprised when I heard Rechelle's small voice that seemed to be struggling.
"Rechelle, you should rest more!" I said and approached her.
"Sister, you said you're going to live with us peacefully. Why did you change your mind?" I was stunned by what she just said. I remember before she was shot, I said something about living a quiet life.
"Everything has changed, Rechelle," I calmly promised and smiled a little.
"Don't worry, Yuhan would take care of you-" I was stunned when I noticed the change in hwr expression when she heard Yuhan's name.
Her face showed fear and nervousness when I mentioned Yuhan's name. I immediately tightened my grip on her hand and bowed.
"Don't worry, I won't. Stop shaking, baby, I'm not going to give you to him," I said worriedly.
She smiled a little then went back to sleep. I just stroked her hand until she fell asleep completely.
I didn't think her expression would be like that just hearing Yuhan's name. What happened to hed and why is she so afraid of Yuhan?
"R-rafa," I glared at Warren and walked away from him.
"I'll think about this." I turned my back on him and left the room. I went straight to the house of what I thought was my family.
I didn't touch anyone there because they are still my family, i have a father and my grateful half sisters. I entered my step mom's room and looked at the things there.
I just laughed to myself when I saw the albums that didn't even have a picture of the two of us. Why didn't I notice it before? I took a picture of her face.
So, she's my first murder. My dad knew it but was afraid to stain his family's name, so he kept it secret. It's funny, from then until now, all he cared about was his business and his name. It makes me want to kill him he even chose to stay silent than avenging his wife.
I left that house and went back to my house with Warren. The delicious smell from the kitchen immediately hit me. I was surprised to see Warren cooking.
"W-wifey!" He happily called me and was about to hug me when I pulled out my knife causing him to back away very quickly.
"Why are you still acting?" I asked him annoyed.
"I'm not." He said and smiled. "I'm always like this to you, cause I love you," he said but I ignored him and sat on one of the chairs to eat.
I haven't eaten since this morning. Warren's face immediately lit up with joy and quickly prepared me more food.
"I've thought about what I want to do." My introduction.
"Look, I'm really sorry for lying to you, it's not like I wanted to-" I cut him off.
"You don't have to explain anything. I know you had to do that. Everyone has secrets. I knew you're just trying to survive." I said. I just got too overreacted to things about myself. Even i, have too much secrets i can't reveal even with him. and beside, I'm the one who taught him to be strong.
"W-wifey," I was surprised when Warren burst into tears and was about to hug me but I immediately showed him my knife causing him to step back and smile.
"Stop acting like a child, you don't need to act in front of me anymore." I just said but he didn't listen and snorted.
"I'm not acting, this is how I want to act in front of you." I just rolled my eyes and started eating.
"I didn't know you cook so well," I said while chewing. I still remember when they made a big mess in the kitchen with rechelle.
"Ahm, I had to fake it," he said.
"I'm just staying with you for Rechelle. Once I find a better family for her, I'll still leave you."
"That's so cruel, I wanted to be with you two," he said while pouting. He's still handsome, I swear. But his charm won't work on me anymore.

Warren flirts with me every day at home. Sometimes he's funny but, I'm not that easy to fall for someone. Rachelle has also left the hospital.
I am very thankful that she was only hit with a scratch. Her shock and trauma is the reason why he passed out immediately.
I was also surprised how quickly Rechelle and Warren reconciled even after Rechelle found out about Warren's true nature. He seems to have known this before.
Rechelle just fell asleep and Warren and I are now in her room watching over her.
"Rafa, believe it or not, I want to protect this family. Even if I'm not as clean as you think, I can promise to keep our family intact." I was stunned by what he suddenly said and stared at him. His eyes were serious as he stared at Rechelle.
"Do you really love me?" I asked him.
"I love you more than my life. I can give up everything including my desire to take revenge on the people who hurt my family as long as I don't lose you. You are the only person that is important to me in this world." I remember my condition from what he said.
As for me, I've lost all my reasons to continue what I'm doing. I have lost all the people who are important to me. Yuhan is all I have left.
"How can I trust you?" I ask.
"Just stay with me. I'll let you feel on your own that I love you so much," he said and hugged me. I wanted to push him but my body didn't seem to follow.
"I also want to start over. I also want to live quietly," I whispered softly.
"Why are you flirting here? It's annoying." We immediately separated and moved away from each other.
"Rechelle! Why are you awake!" I screamed and whispered but she just laughed at me.
"Are you shy, sis?" she tease me even more.
"Oh, you're young, but you already know a lot. Go to sleep," I said and frowned at her.
"May we always be happy," she said before closing her eyes again.
