Chapter 27 I could never hate you
“I’ve thought about this moment since the first time I saw you, Ivy.”
I raised an eyebrow in surprise. “Since high school?”
He nodded, his fingers running down my spine again. I moaned softly, arching my back.
“Yes,” he answered. “Since then.”
“But you hate me,” I said breathlessly.
He shook his head slowly, his eyes never leaving mine. “No. I don’t hate you. I could never hate you. I’m obsessed with you, baby.”
I was breathing hard, but I couldn’t bring myself to move. I just stared up at him in disbelief.
He was obsessed with me?
How was that possible?
“Why?” I whispered.
He grinned, dipping his fingers between my legs. I was wet, and as soon as his finger brushed my most sensitive spot, I moaned.
“Because you’re Ivy,” he said simply. He pushed a finger inside of me, and I cried out. “Oh, baby. You’re so tight.”
I couldn’t even answer him as he began to move his finger in and out of me.
All I could do was stare up at him as he fingered me.
When he added a second finger, I moaned loudly. My pink crest hardened into peaks, and he grinned again.
He pulled his fingers out from me, dipping them into the water to wash them off before moving them to my breasts.
“Brandon,” I gasped. “Please.”
He moved his fingers in a circular motion across my nipples, and I bucked against him.
It felt like torture and heaven all wrapped into one, and I didn’t know if I could handle it for much longer.
“Do you want more?” he asked, his voice hoarse.
I nodded quickly. “Please,” I begged. “Please, Brandon.”
“Please what?” he whispered.
“Please make me feel good,” I cried.
He chuckled darkly. “Where do you want me to make you feel good?”
“Inside of me,” I gasped.
His eyes darkened, and he gripped my hips to pull me closer to him. The tip of his sensitive part brushed my entrance, and I gasped.
“Please,” I whispered, looking up at him.
He slowly pushed himself inside of me, and my eyes rolled back in my head.
It felt amazing.
On the tomorrow morning , I woke up with a headache. I groaned as I sat up in bed, rubbing my temples.
It was way too early for me to be awake, but I needed some aspirin if I was going to be able to go back to sleep.
I stood from bed, pausing to stretch before heading into my bathroom.
As I brushed my teeth and took my medicine, I stared at myself in the mirror.
My lips were still swollen from Brandon’s kisses, and my skin was red from his five o’clock shadow.
I had a feeling I wouldn’t be able to look at myself without blushing for a long time.
Because I’d let Brandon Jameson take my virginity.
We had do it multiple times last night, and I still couldn’t believe that it had actually happened.
I couldn’t help but grin like an idiot as I made my way back to my room.
As soon as I crawled back into bed, I closed my eyes.
I couldn't wait to see him again tonight.
I walked into my brother's office with a fake smile.
“Hey,” he greeted. “How are you?”
I shrugged, sitting down in the chair in front of his desk. “Fine. You?”
He grinned. “Perfect. I'm about to see my mate.”
I nodded, my smile widening. “I know. You're very excited.”
He nodded, looking down at his watch. “She'll be here any moment.”
“Good,” I said simply. I didn't know what else to say, especially when I felt so awkward.
We didn't talk much. “I guess I'll leave you to it, then.”
He looked back up at me, frowning. “Already?”
I nodded again. “Yeah. I just wanted to see how you were. I guess I'll go now.”
“Alright,” he said slowly. “If you need anything, just call me, okay?”
“Okay,” I agreed.
I stood up, heading out of his office.
As soon as I was out of the office, I let out a sigh of relief.
That had been so awkward, and I had only done it because I'd felt guilty.
My brother didn't like me, but we were still family. The least I could do was check up on him.
I heard voices and froze.
He had already gone to get his mate?
I had barely made it out of his office in time.
I turned to head towards the stairs, my shoulders slumping.
I just wanted to go back to my room, but I knew I couldn't. Not until I knew for sure that my brother and his mate weren't going to go anywhere near my wing of the manor.
“Where were you?”
I turned around to find Brandon smirking at me.
He raised an eyebrow, crossing his arms. “Well?”
I felt my cheeks heat. “None of your business.”
He snorted. “It is my business. You're avoiding me.”
“No, I'm not,” I denied.
He raised an eyebrow. “You expect me to believe that you just magically appeared right as my brother got back with his mate?”
“Maybe I was just checking in on my brother,” I said. “Ever think of that?”
He shook his head. “No. We both know that you don't talk to him unless you have to, and he doesn't talk to you at all.”
My cheeks burned even hotter, and I dropped my gaze to the floor. “Whatever.”
“Look at me,” he demanded.
I slowly lifted my gaze back up to his.
“Were you checking on your brother?” he asked.
“No,” I admitted softly.
“Were you avoiding me?” he asked again.
