FREYA POV
“Elise Help!” I shouted her name when I opened the door of her house.
I saw her eating and looks so scared of my sudden visit.
“Freya, can you learn to behave yourself? You freak me out!” she said angrily
Oppss, I didn’t mean it. Then I noticed the chicken in her hands. I get the chicken in her hands and she looks like a child that is going to cry.
“Stop eating or you will become obese.” I said to her
“Ahh my drumstick.” she said while trying to get the chicken in my hands but I won’t let her. “Huhu, my brain is so dry for writing. I’ve run out of inspirations, readers will kill me if I delay my novel update again!” she complained wiping the fake tears.
I sighed and sit down.
“Alright, let me use your brain for a while and get back your inspiration.” I said while sitting down
I looked at her.
“I had a crush on someone, as a novelist you must know much about relationship. Teach me how to woo a man.” I said
Elise looks excited and that is written in her face clearly. It’s her first time hearing that I had a crush on someone.
“You had a crush on someone? What a rare thing.” she said
She leaned closer and whispered. “You should do this, this, and this.” she said
“Yes no problem!’ I replied excitedly.
Elise and I giggled of our thoughts and then I bid my farewell after that to go home.
“But I don’t know if he likes or dislikes me. I didn’t expect it would be so hard to chase after a man.” I said lowering my head and sighed.
I continue walking until my head hit someone.
“Ouchh.” I complain.
Who’s this blind man who hit me?
“My lady, did I hurt you?” he said
I looked at him.
“I’m fine.” I replied
Then suddenly someone block his way, I guess this is his guard.
“How dare you? You should….” he didn’t finished his words when his amster spoke.
“It’s just an accident, I’ll feel relieved if you are fine.” he said
Wow sword is so pretty, I think it fits for Neville, he’ll looks so hot in this.
“Sir, your sword is so pretty. Could you please tell me who made it?” I ask him still looking at the shining sword.
He smiled.
“Just an ordinary craftsman.” he replied
I want to buy it.
“I fell in love for the first time. Would you mind if you sell it to me?” I said begging him
He looked surprised at my words.
“Sell it to you?”
NEVILLE POV
“Your highness, your room is ready. Now that you are not busy why don’t you take a rest?” Nillan said
I am reading some books right now for business. When suddenly someone entered the room.
‘Your highness, you must feel tired right? I bring you some fresh fruit. Have a taste.” Madam Methildis said
“Thank you madam.” I replied without bothering to look.
“Ahhh!”
I look up when someone scream. And I saw freya’s sister is going to fall down with a fruits in her hands. Hump, I don’t like her so pretentious.
“Your highness it’s hurt.” she said complainingly
It’s so disgusting. I don’t bother to help her. I look at Freya’s maid.
“Where is your lady?” I ask
She seemed surprise.
“She.. she’s out.” she replied
I hurriedly went outside. “See you…” I shouted at them
“Your highness, where are you going that you walk so fast?” I heard Nillan said
FREYA POV
“Young Lady, you have to pay a price to take away someone’s favorite, do you know it?” the amn replied
I really like his sword and I know it well to Neville well so I must buy it.
“Don’t worry, I will pay you. I’ll pay you double price.” I repliued confidently
I have a lot of money sp I cam afford anything.
“Double price? You’re so arrogant.” he replied
Now I don’t like him on that. Does he think I can’t afford it? Hump.
“Master, you don’t have to waste your time on her.” the guard said.
“Don’t look down on me! My Father is Xander Methildis, the richest man in the Kingdom. I Freya Methildis can afford anything I want. How about tripling the price?” I said in confident.
“Freya Methildis?” he said and smiled
“How can I let a pretty lady to pay? Now that you like it, I’ll give it to you as a present.” he said
Why does he change his mind so quickly?
“Hope you will cherish it.” he said
I get the sword in his hands when someone grabbed me away from the man, gladly I managed to get the sword.
“My dear brother, I just said I would like to introduce my girl to you, but I didn’t expect that…” Neville said looking at me still holding my waist. “You two should came across on the street?”
I’m surprise. Why does he looks like this?
“Neville, are you kidding?” the man replied
Wait? Did I heard it right? Dear brother? So the two of them are brothers?
“How can you leaveme alone and sneak out?” Neville said tapping my head gently
I just stand still cause I didn’t know what to do.
“Don;t you know I’ll get worried eben when you’re just out of my sight for a while?” he said smiling at me.
The man who is his brother walk closer to us and grabbed my hand.
I was so shock that I have no time to react.
Nevilles get my hands in the man’s grip and let me hide in his back.
“I’ve already sent betrothal present to her mansion. We’ll have a wedding soon.” he said to his brother.
The man surpised.
“She’s your fiance?” he ask
I just stand still behind his back covering my mouth.
“I’ve told you before I would take everything you like.” his brother said
What a brutal man. How can he takes everything he likes? No, I won’t let him take evrything away from my man again.
“Let’s see whyat tricks you have. This time I won’t give in.!” Nevile replied
That’s right, don’t give in to him, his a jerk.
Is his brother a psycho?
I was shocked when Neville get the sword out of my hands.
‘This sword, take it!” he said and throw the sword in his brothers hands. I get out in his back and face his brother angrily.
“Are you crazy? How could you take all his favorites? Are you born without love? Being mad because of jealousy? You said that taking someone’s favorite you must a price, so you must pay a price on taking something from my man!’ I said angrily at his brother.
How chould he do that to Neville, he is so ruthless bastard. I Hold Neville’s hands and hold it tightly and pull him closer to me.
“He’s my fiance, so I won’t allow you or anyone to take advantage of him!” I claimed
His brother looks so shock in my words. Hump, don’t think that you can just take everything away from him, not now not ever.
“She can’t stand that others bully the people she loves, please forgive her.’ Neville said
I angrily pull him and walked. “Let’s go.”
”See you!” Neville shouted
There’s no need to apologize with him, that bastard jerk.
CROWN PRINCE POV
“Albei, investigate why he suddenly engaged to Miss methildis.” I said to my guard.
I must know that reason why. I can’t let him be happy.
“Yes, your highness.”
FEW DAYS LATER….
“Your highness, I figured it out.” Albie reported
What could be the reason why he suddenly engaged?
“Second prince went to the Methildis mansion suddenly and proposed to Miss Freya, five days ago. He lives there for now. It seems that Mr. Methildis approved of the marriaged with his duaghter. Your royal highness, what should we do? Shall we go as planned?”
I smiled.
“No need to rush. I ahve a triump card.” I said looking at him
Then we went to the room where she stayed and I saw her preparing a meal.
“Your royal highness, welcome back.” she said when she saw me.
She approached me with a sweet smile.
“Dinner is ready, please take a seat.” she said
I smiled at her and take a sit.
“Thank you Lingyan.” I said
She poured me some wine.
“I heard something interesting today. Do you remember that Neville saidhe was in love with a girl that day? I came across with them on the street today, they’re already engaged.” I said smiling
She looks affected by it.
“Yes, so soon right? Neville does love her. As his brother, I’m happy for him” I said
She looks hurt and she look away from me.
“Yes, we’re happy for him.” she replied
I drink the wine and look at her again.
“Lingyan, I want to visit Mr. Methildis tomorrow, how about it?” I ask her
I need to do something.
“It’s okay with, anything you like.” she said and smiled at me.
