The air whispers throughout the treetops, the green weeds around are dancing with them too. I and Alicia are still here, sitting on the bench by the endless road.
"We are waiting here for over an hour, do you really think that the speedy man will go back here?" Alice asked.
"Of course I am sure, everyone want to go back to where they came from, and even you, have more patience because there is nothing will happened if you will just complained there," I replied.
"Maybe nothing will happen also if we will just sat down here and don't move, we might caught the speedy man if we pursued him."
"Still nothing will happen if we pursued that man, we will just make ourselves a fool of pursuing for something that we cannot catch."
"But can't you see that it is more better to try and failed than not trying at all? Look, there's nothing happening, because we're just sitting and loitering here, we will just become bored. If not now, when?"
"Alice, can you just calm? Look, can't you see that even we are just sitting here we still doing our best to catch that man. There's no need to haste because it seemed that the curse was not sensating to me these days."
"You won, but you should not think that the curse will not sensate to you anymore because that is so impossible, especially that you still need to kill ninety-eight people in order to get rid from that. That is also the reason why I don't want us to waste our time in just sitting here, your mission will done quickly if you are doing something for it in every seconds."
I stood up. "We better wait him inside his house, and if he come back, we can catch and kill him quickly, because he can easily recognized us if we are waiting here." I immediately went towards the wooden gate of the house and jump above it. I go towards the door of the house, it was not lock, so I went inside. There is a polished wood-made table, with many picture frames on it. I saw the photos of the speedy man with a woman, it seemed that they are not just friends, because they simply looked more than that. This might be the reason why the speedy man is so snobbish, because this woman is his girlfriend but she's not with him anymore. But it's just my inference, it's fallible.
I was surprised when Alicia suddenly appeared beside me, "Hey, what are you doing here?" she asked.
"Nothing." I put the frame back on the table. "How about you, what are you doing here?" I asked.
"Maybe you are right, but it will become easier for us to get rid from the curses if I will search the fourth person that was destined to fight you, so that we don't need to search and wait for that person just like what we are doing now, I believe that you can kill the speedy man by yourself, so I will just leave him to you."
"But I... can't you..." I had not finished my words when Alicia suddenly disappeared from the spot where she was. Well, I can do nothing if she don't want to help me with the speedy man, because whatever I will do, it cannot affect her.
The speedy man was so strong and fast and it is impossible for me to kill him. There is only one thing that I can do, that is to believe that I can. I realized that not all the time there is someone who is willing to help me in doing my own business. Those people will just broke my heart when they change or gone because I am relying on them.
After an hour of waiting; eventually, the speedy man came back to his house. He suddenly appeared in the living room, he did not noticed me because I was behind him. I noticed that he was wearing a gray robe and a shoes that has a combination of white and red in colors. It was an opportunity to kill him, so I did not waste the opportunity. I went towards the man and kicked him with all my force. I was so strong that I made him leaned on the wall. I did not stopped to punched and kicked him, because I know that he will fight me back if I stopped.
Eventually, when I thought that he was already dead and I turned to leave, to my surprise, he suddenly kicked me. His kick thrown me towards the wall. I was full of terror, consequently, I am also thankful that Alicia came back at the same time and she stopped me from plummeting towards the hard wall. But I was shocked when, I still fell down on the floor, it made a loud blast. My bones seemed to be broken because of being dropped. Alicia is so stubborn that she don't mind me and she only focus on the speedy man. Alicia froze the man by using magic; therefore, he cannot move or elude again.
"Come on Sheena, it is your turn, do your mission now, kill him quickly because my magic won't last longer," Alice said.
I stood up and stretched my bones. I will need to break my bones many times before my mission finished. Immediately, I went towards the speedy man that has been frozen, he seemed to be a perfect carved statue. There is a red liquid that are dripping down on the floor from his nose, it was the results of our punching. On his face, I saw a bewildered expressions. He was full of self-pity and it seemed to begged me, to let him live his life. But how much he would begged me, the destiny will still conquer. With my merciless hands, I ended his travail. I shouted while turning his neck, it cracks. The man who made me wait too long is totally gone.
Alicia was just watching what I am doing. She went towards me. I noticed that she seemed talking a vesper, her lips was saying something, though I cannot hear any words from it. I was going to say something when she raised her hands, signing me to stopped and be keep silence; therefore, I let her finished what she was doing and firstly got outside the house.
I am sure that what Alicia was doing to the speedy man was part of her malicious deception to me. She might have a connection of what happened to me after I killed the first boys who was destined to fight me. Well, I am not sure of it, it might just a coincidence and there is enough explanation or purpose of what she's doing now.
Everything around looked like does not know what is happening. The same with the first time I saw them. The air whispers throughout the treetops and the green weeds are still dancing with the breezes.
Eventually, Alicia came out from the house of the speedy man. Her long, curly hairs are spreading around her shoulders. As a hag, or more than just that. She looked tired and her sweat are diffusing on her face. Even her mouth are salivating, she seemed to be a bitch that just ate something dainty, such as foods. It made me thought that she did something embarrassing while she's with the dead body of the man.
"Alice, why you looked like coming back to your old appearance?" I asked.
"Nothing," she replied. Her forehead furrowed. "I know what you are thinking, but I assure you that I was not doing wrong."
"But why you are sad? Alice, is not it that there was something wrong that happened? If there is, I know that your problem is just temporary, look at you, you cannot be called Alice if your appearance looked like old Alicia."
"I know, but just some, because this kind of problem is not just temporary, I will definitely bring them whenever."
"What do you mean?"
After killing the speedy man, I realized that being quick in every movements can make my mission to be done quickly too. That kind of power is what I was mastering these days. With the help of my vision, it became easier as what I thought. I can now move quickly like a speedy man. But it does not mean that I can easily master this technique, as if I cannot control this power, it might bring me into danger.
Currently, I and Alicia was strolling anywhere, taking the concrete road that seemed endless. We seemed to be free from the curses, because don't mind anything. I am also practicing some dark magics while walking on the quiet road, as I used to grew a hundred of plants around.
"Are you not tired of spreading plants anywhere?" Alice asked.
"Of course I am not, look! I cannot be tired anymore," I replied.
"I know that you cannot be tired easily, but I also know that your patience won't last longer. I noticed that you can now move faster as the speedy man. I just want to ask if you are ready to fight the fourth person that you needed to kill."
"Of course I am always ready. Let us not make this longer, I am really eager to get my freedom. I don't want to be caged by this curse and kill millions of people."
"If that so, we shall go to that person, but before that, you must know something, about her power and weakness."
"So, that person is a girl or a woman?" I asked. "Tell me everything that I need to know in order to defeat her."
"Yeah, she is a girl. A girl that looked like weak, but if you will know her power, you will shout that she is indeed strong."
"Uh-huh, tell me more."
"She has the power which came from her fan," Alice said.
"What do you mean? What kind of power?"
"The power of whirlwind. She can make whirlwind through her fan, and that's the reason how she got a sobriquet 'fan girl'. "
"That's cool..." I said with amazement.
"She is cool, but put in your mind that she is an enemy, you might amazed to her, but never idolized, because she's our foe and she is destined to fight you, not to be friends."
"Okay, is there anything else that i need to know about her?"
"Nothing else, if you already know her weakness."
"Of course I know!" I exclaimed. "If her power came from her fan, then I must get her fan, so that she will totally became weak, as her looks," I mumbled.
"Clever! Are you now ready to fight her?" She asked.
"Very ready! Let's go!" I held Alice's hand.
After a seconds, we appeared at the other place. This place was cool too, because the breezes whispers wildly. It was surprising that the breezes does not came from the nature, they has their own source.
We saw a girl standing ahead, she is wearing a bluish-white shirt and a miniskirt. Her hair is tied into two portions, swinging as the wind that came from her fan whispers. She is really cool, because her attire, power and appearance suits to each other. She seemed to be in the movie that I had watched, because the winds are whirling around her, though it a normal gas that cannot be seen, but it can be feel.
Alicia was telling the truth. Because when the girl turned, she looked weak and frail. Through her looks, I remembered my father's words. As what he was always saying, "someone cannot be judged through their appearance." Therefore, I must look on the other angle, to know that there is something unique on them. As what I noticed to this girl, she has a unique power, that I wish to be having also.
"Let us follow her, but don't be obvious," Alice ordered.
"I know that, don't worry, because she cannot notice that we are following her, do you remembered when you taught me how to walk like there is another place that you wanted to go and not towards the exact person with your real intentions?" I asked.
"That was just when you killed the speedy man, how can I forgot that so easily. If you thought that I am experiencing an Alzheimer's disease, then you are wrong. I am already a spirit, and spirits don't have body that feel pain or can get any diseases," Alice replied.
"I know that, but do you remembered when you said that you don't know what used to tell me something that I could performed magic so easily?" I asked.
"Did I said that? I know that it was the power of your vision."
"You are asking me, so you mean that you had forgotten?"
"Of course I don't, but that was just a question, and you know that sometimes we still asked though we already know the answer of what we are asking for, right Sheena?" Alice asked.
"You had a point, sometimes I am also asking about something though I already knew its answer, maybe that's just our instinct, that there are some questions that would directly came out from our lips without thinking about them," I replied.
"You're really clever, that is what exactly I mean. Unfortunately, we must not talked about that thing right now, because your enemy had stopped there."
"What do you think she was doing?"
"I don't know, maybe strolling around?"
"But why we won't go near to that girl and end her life?"
"Don't you see that she was surrounded by her power? We cannot enter in that shield without her consent, so we must observe and find a new angle in which we can kill her," Alice explained.
"You're so powerful to say that, I know that you can drop her in just a flip of your finger, why won't you flip her and we don't need to fight and exert strength in killing her. It will be easier for me to kill her is she is already dropped down," I said.
"You mistook my capability, sometimes my power does not work, you know that, everything has a limit, and it also has a limit. Now you know the reason why need help from someone like you, I taught you magic, because if the times that I turned weak, there is someone who can help us to get rid from the curse," Alice said.
"We can do nothing about that. We shall do  something to get her fan, and the shield that surrounds will be also gone," I said.
"We can also wait until she will put her fan down. We are both tireless, we can wait even years, but she cannot do that," she said.
"What kind of life I had, my time always wasted in waiting."
"Stop complaining Sheena, I know that even you will waste your years, you still have many years left to live, but that life of yours will torn if you cannot get rid of the curse," Alice said.
I became curious of her words. "Huh? What do you mean?"
