Chapter 26 Honeymoon Bliss

Three Years Later
Years had passed since my return home. Jackson and I had got married and spent countless moments rekindling our love, making up for lost time. It finally felt like I was going to live forever even though it has only been three years.
One evening, as we sat on the beach watching the sunset, Jackson turned to me with a mischievous grin.
"Cecilia, I have a surprise for you," he said, his eyes sparkling with excitement.
"What is it?" I asked, curiosity piqued.
"Our honeymoon," he announced, pulling out a small box from his pocket. "We never got to take one, remember?"
Tears of joy welled up in my eyes as I nodded. Inside the box was a beautiful silver necklace with a tiny airplane pendant.
"I booked us a trip to Switzerland" Jackson said, his voice filled with enthusiasm. "We'll spend a week in an overwater bungalow, surrounded by crystal-clear waters and stunning scenery."
I was speechless. The thought of spending a romantic getaway with Jackson in an unknown country was almost too much to handle.
"When do we leave?" I managed to stammer.
Jackson chuckled. "Tomorrow morning."
The next day, we boarded a plane to Switzerland, As we soared through the skies, I couldn't help but feel grateful for this second chance at life and love.
Who would have believe life could be a second chance?
Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome of fragrant flowers and refreshing coconut drinks. Our overwater bungalow was breathtaking – with glass floors for gazing at marine life and a private deck for sunbathing.
As we settled in, Jackson took my hand, leading me to the deck. We watched the sunset together, the sky painted with hues of pink, orange, and purple.
"I'm so grateful for you, Cecilia," Jackson whispered, his eyes locked on mine. "For your love, your strength, and your beauty."
My heart swelled with emotion. "I'm grateful for you too, Jackson," I replied, my voice barely above a whisper. "For being my rock, my partner, and my soulmate."
As the stars began to twinkle in the night sky, Jackson pulled me close, his lips brushing against mine in a tender kiss.
In that moment, surrounded by the tranquility of the ocean and the love we shared, I knew that this honeymoon was just the best part of our new life together.
"I love you, Cecilia," Jackson whispered, his breath warm against my skin.
"I love you too, Jackson," I replied, my heart overflowing with joy and gratitude.
As we stood there, wrapped in each other's arms, I knew that our love would continue to be the guiding force in our lives.
Our First Night Together
We were still out in the cold gazing at the beautiful stars up in the sky.
As the stars shone brightly above, Jackson and I stood on the deck, our bodies swaying gently to the rhythm of the waves. The air was filled with the sweet scent of blooming flowers and the sound of the ocean's soothing melody.
We had spent the evening lost in each other's eyes, our love and desire for each other palpable. The tension between us was undeniable, and I could feel Jackson's passion and longing.
Without a word, Jackson took my hand, leading me back into our overwater bungalow. The soft glow of the candles and the dim lighting set the mood for a romantic and intimate evening.
As we stepped inside, Jackson turned to me, his eyes burning with desire. I could feel my heart racing, my pulse pounding in my veins.
"Cecilia," he whispered, his voice low and husky. "I've waited so long for this moment."
I smiled, my voice barely above a whisper. "I've waited too, Jackson."
With that, Jackson swept me into his arms, his lips crashing down on mine in a passionate and all-consuming kiss. I felt like I was melting into his embrace, our bodies becoming one.
I quickly pulled away, "hey, take it easy. Am not running anywhere darling" I said.
As the night wore on, our love and desire for each other only grew stronger. We lost ourselves in each other's arms, our hearts beating as one.
In that moment, I knew that I was exactly where I was meant to be – in Jackson's arms, surrounded by the beauty and wonder of our love.
As the first light of dawn crept into the horizon, Jackson and I lay together, our bodies entwined, our hearts still racing from the passion of our first night together.
"I love you, Cecilia," Jackson whispered, his voice filled with emotion.
"I love you too, Jackson," I replied, smiling up at him.
Is this it, the happy ending have always been looking for? Is this where my story finally comes to an end? I was hoping for that but I guess not, my life was far from over, it had only just begun.
As we drifted off to sleep, surrounded by the tranquility of the ocean, I knew that our love would continue to be the guiding force in our lives.
