--Destiny Prologue--
It all started when a woman and three men wearing black visited their house. She saw her mother talk to them, and after that, her mother began to act strange and started packing their stuff.
The woman looks wealthy. She thinks that the man with her is the bodyguard she always sees on TV. Wealthy people are important people, she thinks. So why would an important person come to their house? And why does her mother look so nervous and scared meeting the beautiful and wealthy woman? Why is her mother afraid of her?
"Mama, where are we going?" the little girl asks her mother, worried.
Today will be the day for her father to return home. They were supposed to wait for her father at home. But suddenly, her mother decides to pack their stuff, and she starts waiting for a taxi. This confused the little girl with what was happening.
Are they leaving? Aren't they supposed to wait for her father? Her father rarely comes home because he works abroad; that's what her father said to her. But if they leave right now, won't her father be worried once he finds them gone from the house?
"Aren't we supposed to wait for Pap--"
"HE WON'T DO YOU UNDERSTAND?! IF ONLY YOU WEREN'T BORN, THEN THIS WOULDN'T HAPPEN AT ALL!" glaring at her with raging eyes, her mother shouted at her while gripping hardly the arms of the 5-year-old child.
It hurts her; the brutal grip of her mother on her arms hurts her, but she can't speak about it because of what her mother looks like right now. Her mother's raging eyes scare her; she doesn't understand why this is happening. She is utterly confused about what's happening.
"Starting today, you'll be living with your aunt. You'll stay there forever! That's why we are waiting for her right now, do you understand?"
Live with her aunt? Why? Does her mother want her to have a sleepover at her aunt's house? But her mother said 'forever'. Does that mean she will stay with her aunt forever? Is her mother abandoning her? But why? Doesn't she love her?
"If only you weren't born, they wouldn't find us, and this wouldn't happen! I hate you!" her mother said, slapping her across the cheeks. The child stumbles and falls on her butt.
Right on time, the taxi came. Grabbing the child's arms, she threw her inside and told the driver the destination. As her mother closes the door, she looks at the window. Her mother was outside looking at her without an inch of worry written on her face. Why? That's the only thing on her mind right now.

The boy approached her with a wicked smile. She looked at him curiously and worried about his strange actions.
"You see... I saw this one on TV! The man said he loves her so much, so he hurt her, and I love you so much too, so..." he drags the knife slowly into her skin and smiles maniacally.
"I feel happy doing this to you... Himari"

Suddenly, she wakes up, out of breath. Himari looks out her window and realizes that it's just a dream. Why? Why would she dream of it now? It's been years. She thought she had already forgotten about it.
"Mari, are you alright? Is it a bad dream?" She looks at her side and sees her boyfriend with a tray of food, looking at her worried. She looks away and sighs.
Is it because of what happened yesterday? This is a memory that she always wants to forget. She despises remembering everything related to her mother after everything she has done to her.
Her mother's actions are the start of her misfortunes, which is why she despises her mother. If only she hadn't done what she did to her when she was little, would her life have turned out like this right now?
She glances at her boyfriend and sees him worried. She always worries him, but she's surprised at how much he puts up with her. She wonders why he hasn't gotten tired of her.
"Yep. I'm fine. Nothing to worry about. I'll be going to the bathroom first..." She said as she stood up.
She walks into the bathroom and stares at the mirror. Thinking about it, why did things happen the way they are now? Why did she live a life full of misfortune? What kind of punishment is she living in?
Just why is this happening to her? This life that was given to her was full of misfortune. Looking back, she began to think about what she had done all her life.
To better understand how and why this is happening to her, let's see what happened to her life after she left and faced new challenges.
