FREYA
The kid was enjoying his food. I'm glad that Raven did order a lot and I'll give him later the food that we decided to pack— a leftover that has been given to me, thinking about that person sitting in the island corner. I didn't bother and divert my attention to this Kid named Alejandro. "How old are you, Alejandro?" I asked him gently.
He was spooning the broth of adobo, and it seemed like he was really hungry. "I don't know how old I am," he said. 
I wasn't expecting that, "Huh? How you didn't know. Did your parents tell you about that?" I asked him and tried not to sound hurt about him. He'll get emotional because I pitied him. 
He shook his head, "I actually don't know my parents existed. I was living in the orphanage but some people there were abusing me. That's why I decided to run away. Until I reached here in this resort," he narrated. 
His experiences are one of the most terrible. I look at Raven, while staring at Alejandro and stopped eating. I was concerned about knowing his experience in his childhood. "Raven?" I called him but he didn't answer. 
I feel saddened that these people are taunting them in their past experiences— traumatizing and terrible that they become a victim of prey. I didn't ask him further and let finish his food. Might Raven would be triggered if I let this kid tell something about him that might affect Raven. 
After we finished. Raven pay the bill and we decided to roam around the resort. I was holding Alejandro's hand and trying to accompany him. "You know, Miss Freya . . . You're so beautiful and kind," he complimented me. I was shy and my cheeks were heated at what the kid said. It was all of a sudden that caught me off guard. 
"Oh! Don't trick me and don't make me blush," I snapped at Alejandro and laughingly said to him. 
"It's true, Miss. You're pretty and kind. That's why I like you," he said. 
My eyes widened, "Is that so?—" I was about to speak when something came up inside the restaurant. Some people were in an uproar and a disturbance that I could hear was broken glass. It echoes here outside when I saw Raven was fighting with someone. 
"Alejandro. Wait for me here," I told him. 
He was obedient and nodded. I decided to run inside and see who caused the mess. Many people here are currently speaking towards this restaurant. I saw that Raven was avoiding the attack of the man when someone's behind him while carrying a wooden chair. 
"Raven! Behind you!" I shouted and made Raven alert to dodge and punched the man in his face. 
Two men were knocked out after fighting with Raven. I ran towards him and pulled him outside. I saw Jared was worried. "Call Kelvin for the cause," I pleaded. He nodded and ran back to his office. As we walked outside the restaurant. I saw Alejandro was running towards us and I signaled him to follow us. 
There were many people watching us until we got to the shore. "What happened?" I asked him, worried. But to my surprise he didn't answer. 
He was quiet the whole time but seeing his face. I know he is still in range. "He deserves that!" His teeth are grinning. 
I tried to check on him if he had any bruises. Thankfully he didn't have even a single scratch. I sighed. "Are you okay?" I asked him. He looked at me and smiled. 
"Yes. That sc**bag deserves to be punished," Raven said and grabbed my hand. 
"What happened?" I asked him curiously. 
He shook his head. "You don't need to know. Wait here. I need to call Padzul," he excused himself. And walked a few meters far from me. I saw him calling on his phone and I looked at Alejandro who was quiet the whole time. 
"People are cunning," he said, which made me frown. 
"Huh? Why?".
"Well. Mister will not do that if something didn't offend him. He was also protecting himself from those bad guys. That's why it's hard to trust people and rare to find who are good people," he said, which made me speechless.
How does this Kid have these thoughts? He was intelligent at a young age. I messed up his hair. "Yes. You have a point. It made sense but always think about giving kindness to people, okay? And choose those people who can help you," I advised. 
He didn't say anything and smiled. 
After this deep conversation that we have with Alejandro. Raven finally finished his call with Padzul. He walked towards us, "Speaking of him. Where's Padzul by the way?" I asked him if he knew. 
He suddenly vanished and didn't excuse himself where he would go. "Somewhere. Don't ask him in front of him. I'm getting jealous," he sulked. 
I winched and snapped at him. "Okay. Okay. And you stop that. It doesn't suit you at all," I laughed. 
"Really. I'm getting jealous," he said again. 
"D-don't make jokes like that."
"No. I'm serious," he said. By the reflection of lights I could see in his eyes the sincerity of what he just said. I gulped and became uncertain about him. What do I feel? Suddenly, I became nervous. 
I laughed awkwardly and tried to divert the atmosphere, "O-Okay," I mumbled. 
"Don't say that to Miss Freya. She's mine," Alejandro butt-in. 
Raven frowned, "Hey you, Kid. You are still not circumcised and too young for Freya. Go find someone else. She's mine," he said and grab my hand. 
"No. I'll marry her someday," Alejandro denied. Raven was about to smack him that made me widen my eyes to Raven. 
"Don't you dare, Raven," I warned him. 
He didn't continue but he wanted to mock Alejandro and I warned him again. "Okay. Okay. I'll stop," he surrendered. 
I smiled and held his hand, "Let's go. I'm tired already," I told him.
"And what should we do about that Kid?" Raven asked. I looked at Alejandro and he was about to let go of my hand but I held him firmly. 
"H-He could stay with us. For him to sleep tonight," I decided.
