"Killing you is not an option because it will bring an endless war our Kingdom, but it will not if you choose to sacrifice yourself with your own word please, just do me that favor, that's all" Yulia requested having her heads up for beg while Diana was still silent.
She stared at Immaculate who nodded at her then she looked at Yulia who are also on her knees begging, a Queen does not kneel for any one but Yulia knelt down begging.
It was left for Diana to make her choice.
Diana waves her head looking at Immaculate while Yulia was looking at her as if she wants to die, she was strongly hoping that she could get Diana attached to her emotion the same way she did to Immaculate.
"So... this is it Immaculate." Diana asked while Immaculate stared at her confusedly.
"So this is how you are easily brainwashed... I thought you are the smartest girl I have ever met but... I can see that I was totally wrong" Diana said while Yulia seized her innocent face and brings out her real face.
Then she stood to her feet and seat gently on the chair. "So are you indirectly rejecting the option of peace?" Yulia asked as Diana shrugged her shoulders.
"Nope, you are wrong by saying that I was indirectly rejecting it when I am directly saying NO" Diana replied then Immaculate decided to say a word.
"Ummm, my princess this is not a bad idea, I thought about it deeply before agreeing with her, this would give me enough chance to fix our mistake... you missed your parents too, you remember, we can bring them back" Immaculate said and her word even annoyed Diana that she had to raise her voice a little bit higher than theirs.
"At what cost!!! that cave was locked in the first place because it kills people to grant wishes, it exchanges wishes with people's lives... so you are expecting me to let a lot of innocent people die because of my selfish reason?" Diana said.
"But you are talking about just people, but what we are discussing here are queens and kings, those people you are talking about are nothing without their protector" Yulia replied.
"That's the difference between us... you don't think about the poor masses, you think just about yourself but I care about my people I care about the lives of my people and I am not going to do what you're asking me to do" Diana responded with a bold voice standing on her word.
"Okay..." Yulia said as she licks her lips hitting her fingers on the table as if she was playing band.
"What about, after that cave is opened, then the first thing I will wish for is that the death of the wishes on the cave should befall my people instead of your people..." Yulia said leaving Immaculate staring at her with her mouth widely opened.
She was never expecting princess Yulia to say that, but that's to show how important and how hard Yulia crave for her parents to be besides her.
But although her words aren't hitting directly on Diana's ear, Diana still feel it strongly that something fishy is going on.
So after even accepting that the deaths caused by the cave of wishes should befall her people, they are still waiting to know what Diana would say as Immaculate and Yulia's eyes were on her.
"Well, even with that I still stand on my words, I am never going to accept such selfish offer!! as far as it involves human lives including mine, I can't accept it" Diana said while Yulia angrily got up from her seat and was ready to leave then she looked at Immaculate.
"My dear friend, Immaculate, your work here is not yet done... I am giving you just a few minutes to talk to your friend and make her change her mind... just 3" Yulia said and left with anger.
Then Immaculate approached Diana and sat besides her. "Diana since she has already agreed to reverse the death to her own people, then you should agree with her, you don't have to care about these people you have nothing in common with them" Immaculate said while Diana was just opening her mouth to say a word but Immaculate interrupted her again.
"Trust me, I must surely wish you back if you are afraid of your own life... trust me I will... you know what I..." Immaculate was still making her statement but Diana interrupted.
"I honestly don't know you anymore, you should know about that!! you have betrayed me severally and still yet you are expecting me to trust you...? of what reason should I trust you again... nothing...?" Diana said then Immaculate keep shut.
She started stammering to say a word. "I... h.. ho... you should..." Immaculate was still trying to say a word but Diana interrupted her.
"Excuse me!" Diana said raising one of her fingers which left Immaculate not completing her statement.
"Don't mind me pretending like I am not hungry, I am definitely starving just like Yulia said earlier, so please can you tell me if this food was really poisoned?" Diana asked while Immaculate waves her head.
"It wasn't..." Immaculate couldn't even complete her statement when Diana deep her head inside the meal and took the chicken meat in it and started chewing.
"Why did you stop? is my chewing disturbing you? please continue saying what you were saying... so...?" Diana requested.
"Please Diana, joke afar from this, you just have to give in let's do this in peace, Yulia have already tried her best to make this workout by reversing the death which is the main cause of the war..." Immaculate said while Diana swallowed her meat then licks her hands and faces Immaculate.
"My problem with you is that you are easily deceived!! Immaculate you are easily deceived!! looking at her face I could see nothing but lies!!! everything she is saying is not true!! her mum and dad she is talking about died because of this war..."
"They chose to die instead of making peace and forgetting the cave, what make you think that when they are being wished back they wouldn't continue fighting for it...?" Diana asked while Immaculate kept silent at her.
Then Diana stood up and looked out from window and discover that they are already preparing burial pyre for her death, the people have gathered once again for her sake.
"Listen to me Immaculate, if I am going to be killed against my own will then trust me you will not also be spelled, they will end up killing you because we are in this together" Diana said while Immaculate stared at her confusedly.
"So what exactly are you saying..??" Immaculate asked while Diana approached and put her hands on Immaculate's shoulders.
"Immaculate, we have been good friends, when you were still inside my palace you can't tell me that I maltreated you by any means, we live together like friends I never treated you like a servant, and mostly we always listen to each other" Diana said while Immaculate was patiently waiting to hear the main statement.
Because for Diana to start being this polite with words with her, it means that she wants to request for something.
"So please just like before, I am begging you now to listen to me, please help me get out of this place!!! let's escape now... if you don't help me now there will be no going back!!! do not be deceived because you are not excluded, please Immaculate!!! let's leave here right now!! they are already preparing for our death once again" Diana begged while Immaculate was already shedding tears which obviously left Diana traumatized.
Because with that tears coming out of her eyes Diana already knew what her response will be.
