"Mr. Royi, I think our job is done here. I have taken care of all the items before they are sent abroad later." a factory worker said to Royi Freck who was busy checking stock.
Royi Freck calmly replied, "Thank you for your cooperation."
"Alright, sir." with a smile, he walked away leaving Royi Freck alone. The sweat that soaked his face was wiped with a small cloth from his pants pocket. The weather today is so hot that it feels hot.
When he was sitting resting on a chair available in the workers' lounge, suddenly his phone rang from his suit pocket. Without hesitation, he answered the call immediately.
"Yes, this is me talking. Why are you suddenly calling me?" he immediately asked a question after greeting in a soft tone.
But at the end of their conversation on the call, his facial reaction changed dramatically. It seemed as if he was shocked about something he heard, "What?! You're not kidding me, are you?"
The facial reaction still hasn't faded. He continued the conversation by giving the final word immediately,  "Okay, I'll be over there now."
Immediately, he hung up and headed for the parking lot. The reaction on his face remained the same. After starting the car engine, he immediately left the factory without wasting time.

Soon, the meeting will end in a few minutes. 30 minutes have passed, the atmosphere in the quiet meeting room is still going well. But seeing Hery Maxwell lazily eating a snack at that time had disturbed Zhega Monisa's focus on the matter discussed in front. He was busy glancing at Hery Maxwell who was sitting next to him.
Donnie K just stood near the wall watching the two of them from afar. Because Hery Maxwell is always in his attention. But suddenly...
"Are you sure about this very brilliant project of yours?" Hery Maxwell spoke with his mouth full of snacks. Zhega Monisa just let out a long sigh. The question given by Hery Maxwell was not answered at all by the presenter in front. The atmosphere became increasingly awkward.
But the cold atmosphere was once again broken by his ridiculous question, "How much money do you have to spend on this project? Why are you willing to waste money on this big project? If I were you, I would use that money to buy food. It's better to buy food, right?" he said with a big laugh. Donnie K who also heard his words just closed his eyes.
Zhega Monisa who almost blew up the meeting room with his anger, he said, "Let's end this meeting now. Continue your work as planned."
Finally, the meeting was stopped immediately. Everyone dispersed and stepped out of the room. Seeing that the atmosphere was getting tense, Donnie K immediately approached Hery Maxwell with a disappointed facial reaction, "What were you trying to do? You embarrassed me, you know?" the tone is deliberately slowed down.
He just ignored the question from Donnie K and kept watching Zhega Monisa who was about to step out of the room. He immediately approached him with a big step, "Hey, where are you going to run?"
Zhega Monisa's steps stopped immediately. His look at Hery Maxwell was clearly full of hatred, "Joshua, you're really shameless, aren't you? Didn't you just join the meeting before?" Zhega Monisa said sarcastically.
Hery Maxwell with a wide smile said, "It's not good when I hearing you speak in such a tone."
Zhega Monisa began to be suspicious of him, "How are you...still alive in front of me? Aren't you already dead?"
His question has made him more and more interested to get to know Joshua Jurai's half-brother in front of him.
He just chuckled, "I was waiting for this question from your mouth. All this time you thought I was dead? I don't even know what happened to me. This all seems so ridiculous."
Each of them stared intently as if they were reading each other's thoughts. Zhega Monisa said again with a mysterious smile, "So, you don't remember what happened to you?"
He immediately nodded his head calmly, "Yes, but what Mr. Donnie told me, that we are brothers. That's what I know."
Zhega Monisa immediately laughed cynically, "We are brothers? Okay, I can believe in your situation now. A lot of your memory is lost. But I will remind you of one thing."
He listened to everything carefully. In silence, he read Zhega Monisa's facial expressions during their face-to-face conversation. He began to realize something. So, he chose to remain silent and just listen.
"I never considered you as my brother. And you are not related to our family. So, I have no blood relation with you as a family. We are just colleagues. No, I'm your boss, and you are just an employee in this company. Don't dream of being a member of our family, got it?" Zhega Monisa explained the matter as he had told Joshua Jurai before. Now, he knows what made Joshua Jurai left alone when he was dead.
After saying sarcastically towards him, Zhega Monisa immediately stepped out of the room leaving the two of them. Donnie K immediately approached him who was still complacent looking at Zhega Monisa's movements from afar.
Donnie K had time to say, "That's how he treated Joshua in the past, he didn't consider Joshua a family member at all. He's the one who hates you the most."
He immediately looked at Donnie K who was standing next to him, "You said he hates me? Have you forgotten who I am?"
Donnie K exhaled before saying, "I mean, Joshua. Oh, Hery Maxwell.."
"Why does he hate Joshua so much? Does he not like the smell of Joshua's body or... is he jealous of Joshua's face being more handsome than him?" he snapped in a low tone.
"He just doesn't want Joshua to inherit the wealth that his family has. That's all." Donnie K  explains it in a nutshell. He was silent for a moment. Indeed that is the statement received by Joshua Jurai. Being hated and despised in the family is the most severe challenge in his life.  What happened to Hery Maxwell when he faced it? Will he be able to endure the challenge as Joshua Jurai?
When they had just stepped out of the meeting room, suddenly Royi Freck was standing in front of the two of them. Each was surprised by the presence of Royi Freck who just stood stiffly looking at them. Did he hear their conversation in the room earlier?
