Chapter 22 The Revenge: Chico's Trial.
Lucie, feeling despair and determination, stared at Chico with a mocking smile.
Lucie, sarcastically - Oh, Chico, you're truly an exceptional artist. Why don't you continue your "work of art" on me? I'm sure my skin would be a perfect canvas for your macabre strokes.
Chico, surprised by Lucie's insolence, furrowed his brow for a moment, but soon his sadistic smile returned.
Chico, considering the proposition - Interesting... Perhaps you do have some artistic potential after all. But as I said, you're next!
Lucie, casting a meaningful glance at Pablo, conveying her silent message of trust and plan, continued taunting Chico.
Lucie, disdainfully - Come on, Chico. Show what you're capable of. Or can you only prey on the weakest and most defenseless?
Pablo, realizing what Lucie was planning, felt a glimmer of hope. He knew Lucie had something in mind.
Chico, relishing the challenge, decided to accept Lucie's proposal. With a theatrical gesture, he untied Estela from the table, letting her fall to the floor, still weak and losing blood.
Estela, gasping and trembling, looked at Lucie with gratitude and admiration, recognizing her courage and sacrifice.
Chico then approached Lucie and undid the ropes that bound her to the chair, allowing her to stand up. The fear in Lucie's eyes was undeniable, but she knew Estela couldn't endure being cut for a few more minutes.
Chico, with a look of pure malice, grabbed Lucie with all his strength, making her tremble with fear. He carried her to the table where Estela had been previously tied and began to secure her with the sinister ropes, ensuring she couldn't struggle or escape.
Estela, watching helplessly, desperately wanted to intervene, but her strength was so depleted that she could barely move. Her eyes met Lucie's as Chico secured her to the table.
Chico, with a sadistic smile, watched Lucie struggle against the ropes, her expression of fear only fueling his morbid pleasure.
Chico, holding the sharp scalpel, murmured to himself - Ah, my dear Lucie... You were right, it's much better to start with you!
Lucie, despite her own agony, focused on calling out to Cleity in her thoughts, praying that she could hear her plea and come to her aid.
- Don't leave me now Cleity! We can do this together! Finally kill him.
Meanwhile, Chico prepared to continue his torturous "art" with the scalpel. His eyes sparkled with excitement as he approached Lucie, ready to begin his new and terrible creation.
Lucie, with accelerated breathing and thoughts focused on Cleity, continued her mental plea.
Lucie, in her mind, begged - Cleity, please hear me! We need you now more than ever. I know you're there!
As Lucie pleaded in her thoughts, Chico tore her pants on the thigh, exposing the skin. A shiver ran through Lucie's body as she felt the cold of the scalpel touching her skin.
Chico, with a sadistic smile, began to make an incision in Lucie's thigh, his expression of pleasure increasing with each movement of the scalpel.
Lucie, feeling the agonizing pain, struggled not to scream, focusing all her energy on the hope that Cleity would come to her rescue.
Pablo, watching with desperation at the scene before him, redoubled his efforts to free himself from the sinister ropes that held him captive. Every muscle in his body trembled with tension as he tried to find a break in the bonds.
Pablo, growling in frustration, shouted to Chico - Let her go, you monster! Don't you dare hurt her anymore!
Chico, ignoring Pablo's pleas, continued his macabre task, his focus entirely on torturing Lucie.
Lucie, despite the agonizing pain, didn't give up her mental plea.
Lucie, in one last effort, pleaded - Cleity, please help us! We can't do this without you. Together, we can end him!
As Chico's incision continued, Lucie fought against the pain, her mind still connected to the hope that Cleity might hear her words and come to her aid.
Lucie's eyes began to glow with an intense white hue, contrasting with the pallor of her skin as she writhed on the table, surrounded by a supernatural aura.
Chico, perplexed by Lucie's sudden change, approached her cautiously, his sadism momentarily replaced by curiosity.
Chico, observing closely, murmured to himself - What is happening here?
Meanwhile, Pablo felt a comforting weight on his right shoulder, as if an invisible hand were there, conveying courage and hope to him. A shiver ran down his spine as the ropes binding him began to unravel, finally freeing him from the chair.
Pablo, looking around in astonishment, muttered - Cleity?
And as if answering Lucie's call, Cleity appeared before them in her ethereal form, larger and more haunting than ever. Her presence filled the room with an aura of power and determination.
Cleity, with an echoing and serene voice, addressed Chico - This ends now, Chico. Release them now, or face the consequences.
Chico, feeling overwhelmed by Cleity's imposing presence, hesitated for a moment. However, his pride and arrogance prevailed.
Chico, with a nervous smile, attempted to resist - Who do you think you are to challenge me? You are nothing! I shaped you, transformed you! You are my art, and I command you to obey me!
Cleity, undeterred, responded calmly - I am the justice you have feared so much. I have freed myself from your bonds and now it is time for you to pay for your sins.
While Cleity and Chico exchanged words, Lucie continued to wriggle on the table, her supernatural energy increasing by the second. Her eyes gleamed intensely, reflecting the determination of a soul destined for vengeance.
Pablo, feeling invigorated by Cleity's presence, prepared to confront Chico and free Lucie, determined to end the sadistic artist's reign of terror.
Chico, with a sarcastic laugh, taunted - Cleity, my dear, do you really think you can stop me? Your powers are the fruit of my artistic genius. You wouldn't have the strength to face me, even if you wanted to.
Cleity, looking at Chico with a serene expression, replied firmly - You are right! Alone, I wouldn't be able to, but look around you, I am not alone! And now it's time for you to bleed as I bled.
As Chico tried to argue, Lucie began to completely free herself from the table, falling to the ground with a dull thud. She trembled violently, her body seeming to undergo an incomprehensible transformation.
Chico, alarmed by the change in Lucie, tried to intervene.
– Stop interfering immediately! You are no longer part of my works! - ordered Chico looking directly at Cleity
However, Cleity ignored his words, her focus entirely on Pablo.
Cleity, addressing Pablo with a grave voice, asked - Are you ready, Pablo?
Pablo, facing Chico with determination, replied firmly - I am ready.
Chico, realizing he was losing control of the situation, desperately tried to compose himself, his arrogance giving way to growing panic.
Chico, stuttering nervously, commanded - Cleity, stop this! I am the master here, I am the artist! Do not dare to defy me!
Cleity, unfazed by Chico's empty threats, focused on her ultimate goal.
Cleity, maintaining her composure, extended her arms towards Lucie and Pablo, channeling her power to pave the way for the fusion.
Lucie, as she writhed in pain, felt an intense energy surrounding her, as if she were being enveloped by an aura of light and shadow at the same time. She could feel Cleity's comforting presence guiding her through this painful process, preparing her for what was to come.
Pablo, meanwhile, was immersed in a sense of power and determination, his mind focused and his will strengthened by Cleity's presence. He was ready to confront Chico and free Lucie, even if it meant bearing the weight of a fusion with the supernatural entity.
As Cleity channeled her energy, two shadows detached from her, snaking through the air towards Lucie and Pablo's bodies. With a graceful movement, the shadows merged with them, entering through their eyes and mouths, a sensation of burning and ecstasy enveloping them.
Lucie and Pablo levitated in the air, their forms radiating an aura of power and mystery. Their voices merged into one, duplicated as if Cleity spoke through them, each word echoing with supernatural force.
Lucie, with her eyes gleaming in intense white, spoke with a voice that seemed to come from beyond life and death.
Lucie, now an extension of Cleity, declared - Your time to bleed has come!
Pablo, beside Lucie, emanated an aura of determination and power, his words resonating with a force that made Chico tremble in fear.
Pablo, as if Cleity herself spoke through him, proclaimed - You are nothing anymore, Chico. Your days of impunity are over.
Chico, faced with the imposing manifestation of Lucie and Pablo, recoiled in fear, his arrogance finally giving way to the inevitable justice that was upon him.
Chico, trembling with terror, stammered - No... This can't be... I am the master here! I am the artist! I... I...
But his words were lost in the emptiness of the room.
Chico, overcome by panic, turned on his heel and fled from the room, his mind swirling with growing fear in the face of the imminent defeat imposed by Lucie, Pablo, and Cleity. His footsteps echoed through the dark corridors of the mansion as he darted through the dim passages, desperately seeking an escape route.
Lucie and Pablo, determined not to let Chico escape unpunished, followed closely behind, their footsteps resounding on the stone floor as they ran after him, getting closer and closer.
After many winding curves and dark corridors, Chico finally reached a gigantic room, illuminated only by the faint light of torches on the walls. The atmosphere was heavy, charged with a sinister energy that seemed to pulsate in the air.
In the center of the room, a gigantic painting dominated the space, its vibrant colors and distorted shapes seemed to writhe in the darkness. Strange symbols adorned the walls, emitting an aura of ancient magic and supernatural power.
The painting, larger than any they had ever seen, pulsed as if it were alive. A sinister silhouette seemed to move within it, while red blotches dripped from the edges, as if the painting itself were bleeding.
Chico, panting and trembling, saw hope instinctively in the terrifying sight, his eyes fixed on the painting as if he were hypnotized by its malevolent presence.
Lucie and Pablo, arriving just behind him, exchanged a determined look before approaching, ready to face whatever lay ahead.
Lucie, her voice imbued with courage and challenge, addressed Chico firmly - There's nowhere left to run.
Chico, with wide eyes, muttered - No... You can't stop me...
But his words were interrupted by the sound of a sinister laugh echoing through the room.
Suddenly, the silhouette within the painting began to wriggle and squirm with increasing intensity, as if it were struggling to break free from its prison.
Pablo, looking at the painting with a serious expression, murmured - That's the portal... It's trying to open up to something bigger. I have to close it.
Lucie, understanding the gravity of the situation, raised her head with determination, her eyes dripping black shadows.
Lucie, addressing Chico firmly, declared - I will kill you! No matter the cost.
As the painting continued to pulse and bleed, the silhouette within it seemed increasingly close to breaking the bounds of its prison, emanating a sense of danger over everyone in the room.
Chico, desperate and out of options, lunged towards the painting with a wild look in his eyes. Before he could reach it, Pablo acted swiftly, delivering a precise blow that made Chico stagger back, bleeding profusely.
– You're not going anywhere, Chico!
Chico, recovering from the blow, snarled in anger and launched himself at Pablo with ferocity, his fists turning into deadly weapons.
Meanwhile, Lucie watched the scene with determination, her mind focused on the unfolding battle.
– Let's go, Pablo!
With a nod of understanding, Pablo bravely faced Chico, dodging his deadly blows and counterattacking with skill.
– You're no match for us!
Blinded by fury and pain, Chico ignored Pablo's words and continued his relentless assault. His strikes were fast and precise, but Lucie wasn't willing to back down.
With surprising agility, Lucie joined the fight, attacking Chico with fierce determination. Her blows were so precise they sank into Chico's bones, each move aimed at incapacitating the painter once and for all.
As the battle intensified, the silhouette within the painting thrashed with even greater ferocity, its distorted and grotesque forms contorting in a macabre attempt at freedom.
Feeling cornered and trapped, Chico redoubled his efforts, his attacks becoming wilder and more desperate with each passing moment.
– You... vermin!
However, Lucie and Pablo didn't retreat in the face of Chico's empty threats. With renewed determination, they continued to fight with all their might, each blow and movement making Chico stagger and waver.
With deadly precision, Pablo managed to restrain Chico, leaving him helpless before Lucie. Who without hesitation, advanced breaking his upper limbs with accurate and painful blows, his bones creaked.
Chico screamed in pain and despair, but Lucie and Pablo showed no mercy. They were bloodthirsty under Cleity's control.
With perfect synchronization, Lucie and Pablo finally managed to subdue Chico, immobilizing him on the ground with his upper limbs shattered and bloody.
– Finally! - Lucie said breathlessly.
With a final determination, Lucie held Chico's body, while Pablo held his head with all his strength. In a final, fatal pull, they literally ripped Chico's head off, putting an end to his tyranny and cruelty.
Silence fell over the room, interrupted only by the sound of blood dripping to the ground and the heavy breathing of the survivors. Lucie and Pablo looked at each other, sharing a moment of relief and triumph in the face of the defeat of their common enemy.
