"Sit first, Axel, sorry it's a mess, I haven't had time to clean up the house," said Mrs. Anne as she placed a bag on the table. "I got you something to drink first, okay?" Mrs. Anne took a step towards the kitchen, while Axel entered and looked around the room. Axel was sitting in the living room, with eyes that kept looking around. It didn't take long for Mrs. Anne to come with a tray filled with coffee cups on it. "I'm sorry I made you coffee because I don't have any other drinks," said Mrs. Anne, but Axel only smiled a little at that. "It's okay, Mom, I also like coffee," Axel answered, making Mrs. Anne happy and relieved. Mrs. Anne sat in front of Axel, right in front of Axel making them face-to-face now. Axel let out a resigned breath and linked his hands before looking at Mrs. Anne to ask something. "Previously Ma'am, my name was Axel, not Alex. The name Alex was only a pseudonym to cover up my identity," said Axel introducing himself to Mrs. Anne. Mrs. Anne was a little surprised but she also understood Axel's words. Mrs. Anne nodded her head firmly. "Yes, Axel. I understand," answered Mrs. Anne in a soft voice. "Drink first, you must be thirsty waiting for me here for a long time. Before chatting," replied Mrs. Anne inviting Axel to drink the drink she made. Because she felt sure there would be something Axel wanted to ask, she had to make small talk with him first. Axel drank the coffee that was made, and for the first time, he drank coffee made by Mrs. Anne. Handcrafted by his mother. The taste is very very delicious, so he becomes addicted to drinking that coffee. "Your coffee is delicious too," said Axel, after drinking the coffee made by Mrs. Anne. Mrs. Anne chuckled softly, hearing Axel's praise. "It's good if you like the coffee that I make because it's been a long time since I haven't made coffee," replied Mrs. Anne. Axel put the glass slowly on the table before his eyes returned to Mrs. Anne. Yang smiled looking at him. "Mom, can I ask something about you?" Axel asked hesitantly, Mrs. Anne was silent at first until she finally smiled while nodding her head steadily. "Please, what do you want to ask me? Just ask now, I please," said Mrs. Anne quickly, allowing Axel to say what he was going to say. Before later it could delay the meeting time between the two of them. "I just want to ask, Why did you choose to leave my father with your three children? Why didn't you choose to just stay with us there and have to leave?" asked Axel in a sad voice, he had to ask Mrs. Anne for an answer. Because he was sure that Mrs. Anne must have kept something about her life before. "I just want to know the answer from you, what happened," continued Axel who wanted to know and needed an answer from Mrs. Anne. Mrs. Anne sighed resignedly, hearing the question from Axel's mouth. "Axel, actually my marriage to your father was only a means for your father to have a child," replied Mrs. Anne in a low voice, but managed to make Axel widen his eyes in surprise at hearing that. "But why do you have to go? Isn't you still able to be there with my father? Taking care of life and children together, isn't that the purpose of marriage?" Asked Axel loudly, Mrs. Anne nodded her head in agreement with what Axel said "Isn't marriage just forming a child and you have to just leave my family?" Axel looked at Mrs. Anne with a sharp gaze, he didn't understand what Mrs. Anne said. "What you said is true, marriage is to accompany and create a new life." Mrs. Anne let out a resigned breath, she looked back at Axel's face sharply. "Marriage is like that, but it's different if marriage is from an agreement," answered Mrs. Anne, making Axel not understand. What agreement is said? What did the mother and father agreement do? Ah! Axel was really confused, about facts that he only found out when he was twenty years old. It's hard to accept that fact. "You understand what I mean?" Mrs. Anne asked, you can see the look on Axel's face that looks like he doesn't understand and is full of question marks. "What agreement do you mean? You have an agreement with Dad?" Asked Axel, Mrs. Anne nodded confirming Axel's words. "Yes, that's true Axel, I have an agreement with your father. Your father does not need a wife, all he needs is a child, if can give him a child, I must leave you and your father," explained Mrs. Anne in a sad and firm voice. Even sounded so sad in Axel's ears. "After I have three children for your father, I must leave immediately and cannot accompany you there." Mrs. Anne could only smile at the end of her words, looking at Axel whose expression had completely changed. Axel was silent for a moment, he digested everything that Mrs. Anne said. Confused, but finally he can find the truth about what happened between their families. "So that's the reason why you left me when I was born? And also my two brothers?" Mrs. Anne nodded, and again Axel sighed softly. "I must comply with the agreement, I only follow orders given by your father. There is no way that I will refuse, and want to be with you there because it is stated in the agreement," said Mrs. Anne. "Because breaking the agreement is much bigger than the law." Axel was silent, he didn't know what to say now. Mrs. Anne knows Axel's feelings now. But after all, Axel is an adult and he deserves to know all of this. "You were disappointed by what mother told you?" asked Mrs. Anne, seeing Axel who was just silent, not answering anything from his mouth. Axel quickly shook his head. "No, I'm not disappointed with your explanation. It's just that I was a little surprised when it turned out that the fact was that," Axel answered honestly, making Mrs. Anne smile with relief. All the explanations regarding Mrs. Anne's marriage surprised Axel because he didn't know that their marriage was only based on an agreement. On the other hand, he could not blame Mrs. Anne for leaving her children.
