Stellan had watched from the shadows for weeks as Althaia and Manuel continued their charade of a passionate romance. Manuel (supporting Althaia): "Althaia, maybe we should hear him out. It seems like he's genuinely remorseful."
Althaia (softening): "Fine, Stellan. What do you propose?"
Stellan (with determination): "I'll do whatever it takes to make amends. If that means helping you with your career or supporting causes you care about, I'm willing to do it. I just want the chance to show you that I've changed."
Althaia contemplated Stellan's words, the conflict within her evident in her eyes.
Althaia (tentatively): "I'll think about it, Stellan. But know that trust takes time to rebuild."
Stellan nodded, understanding the gravity of what he was asking. He knew that making amends would be a long and challenging journey, but he was willing to take the first steps.

Althaia (reluctantly): "I don't know, Lisa. It feels a bit dishonest."

Althaia eventually agreed to give Lisa's advice a try, albeit with reservations. The next day, she had planned a date with another man, a charming fellow named Alex, while continuing her charade with Manuel.
