Chapter sixteen – Mysterious Behavior
　　Third Person POV.
　　They walked out of the room with smiles on their faces, Emily didn’t know what was in place for her outside but she still smiled. The walls in the house were decorated with different colors of balloons hanging on them. The hall was decorated with flowers of different kinds which filled the room with a sweet scent.
She descended the stairs with a bright smile on her face, then she saw that they wasn’t alone instead they had company. The guests looked at her some with smiles on their faces and others with blank faces. She felt so nervous, she felt so shy because she thought it was her first time at a party. The people were marveled with her beauty as she was dressed in a sleeved yellow dress that swept the ground. The dress covered her front but unfortunately it revealed most of her back.
　　She walked down towards the group of people but suddenly sighted someone among the people with an angry face, it seemed as if he had being offended by someone.
　　But then, looked familiar and she saw him like he was Kelvin, but before she could look further, he disappeared among the crowd. She watched closely and saw no one like that so she thought it was her illusion.
　　But then she sighted someone else Eddie! She shouted in mind, as soon as her feet touched the ground, he was in front of her. He smiled at her lovingly and took her in a huge hug and swirled her around for a while.
　　She immediately got off him and asked in a both shy and concerned voice,
　　“Why are you here? Weren’t you the one lying in the sick bed two days from today? You should be resting now. ”
　　“I know but look at me closely, do I look sick to you?” he inquired.
　　She watched him closely and found out that he actually looked far from sick.
　　“I didn’t see you in this situation, a few days back, I was worried about you. How did this happen?” she asked curiously.
　　“It’s okay, I’m fine, Fred came to see me in the hospital and gave me some medicine. I drank it up and in a few minutes, I became strong once again and surprisingly, the sores on my head even healed along with the pain. ” he revealed.
　　“Fred, never cease to surprise me. ” she said smiling.
　　“Come on you have another cake to slice, I see you have met Eddie. ” stated Fred.
　　“Yes I have. ” she confirmed.
　　“Do you remember him now?” Fred asked.
　　“Yes I seem to, I was thinking about him but some memories came in before I slept and had that horrible dream. ” she revealed.
　　“Really? You know me? You remember our past?” he asked surprisingly and in excitement
　　“Yes I don’t know if it was all there was even though it was hazy, I now know I knew you. ” She confessed.
　　“Thank you. ” he said happily
　　“For what?” she asked.
　　“What about the dream you were talking about?” asked Eddie curiously.
　　“Wait for it, there are other surprises of information for later. ” said Fred smiling.
　　She went to slice the cake and the next one was taken by the shadow, those that had eyes could see what was happening but the others were clueless. Eddie was surprised at what he was seeing, he then realized that his eyes could now see what he couldn’t before after drinking that medicine from Fred. Then he remembered that Fred had said something that goes, ‘you can’t walk with Emily with close eyes’.
　　The party ended and some of the guests disappeared while others drove to their homes. It was time to reveal the truth so Emily and Eddie with Fred went into Emily’s room. The other servants helped with cleaning and putting things back in place.
　　“Emily I’m sorry about all that has been happening to you since you came back. I know you would have understood if you hadn’t lost your memory. ” Fred apologized.
　　Fred started the conversation as soon as they sat in the couch in the room.
　　“No problem, I think you wanted me to have some rest first. So please tell me what’s going on now. ” she inquired.
　　“I think I should excuse myself. ” Fred suggested.
　　“No please wait, you will have to add on to what I am going to say. I think you know about some things I don’t know and she might have to know those too. ” Fred requested.
　　“Okay then. ” he agreed.
　　“Emily you were born twins. ” said Fred looking straight in her eyes.

　　“Do not say anything till I finish what I have to say. ” Fred demanded.
　　They nodded their heads.
　　Your parents were having it a difficult time giving birth, they tried various medications and tried several technological means but it still wasn’t baring no fruits. They didn’t want neither adoption nor surrogacy, they wanted their child to come from them. A friend of theirs recommended an oracle who could help them, they hesitated for a while but eventually gave in.
　　They weren’t getting any younger and they needed someone to inherit their properties.
　　They visited this oracle and consulted him, their wish was granted in a few months, and you and your sister were born.
　　Two years later, your sister was acting odd from a usual kid you would, she was changing in compression as her emotions fluctuates. She would turn dark colored when she was angry and gold when she was happy. Your parents didn’t understand why so they hid her from the world, family and friends and reported her dead.
　　This continued till you reached six and was supposed to be sent into school. You were taken to school but she wasn’t, your parents forgot to consult the oracle with their problems. I was brought in to help, I entered your sister’s room to find a boy instead of a boy. So I called your parents into the room, they saw the boy and was confused.
　　So I started some incarnations and he revealed himself as your sister. Her skin turned dark and she questioned your parents,
　　“What are you doing here? I am dead to you and the world so why are you bringing someone to disturb my peace?” she asked annoyed.
　　“So you are the boy that passes through the gate everyday like a stranger? You sit with us and play but you never said who you were?”
　　Asked your mother.
　　She confessed that she was the one, that came in to play with everyone and no one doubted her identity. This surprised them greatly that she didn’t actually turned colors if she turned into a boy.
　　This continued for sometime but your parents didn’t see any mysterious behavior in you but your sister kept been herself. So I advised your parents to consult the oracle because I couldn’t do anything about her condition. They agreed,
