Tengu City, Near DEM's Office:

Both brothers panting heavily as they have already exhausted their devil trigger. With Ellen and Artemisia though, they already fallen to their knees all wounded. Four of them are surrounded by thousands... No... Millions of demon corpses. It's like a genocide in the city.
"Yield!" Vergil growled.
Laughter filled the atmosphere as multiple succubus appeared in the sky with a dark flash of red light. Long claws ready, they flew towards the brothers with immense speed. Dante pulled out his guns and begins to rapid fire all of his bullets at the demons while his brother send out a barrage of summoned swords to stall their attacks. The succubus begins to fall like flies, however this cause an opening for Ellen and Artemisia.
Using the strength of the demon possessing her, Artemisia rammed her sword at Dante's abdomen.
"Urgh!"
Artemisia then lift up Dante and smashed him to the ground. When Vergil is about to attack her, the elder son of Sparda got stuck on the ground when Ellen freezes his foot. Artemisia took this as an opportunity to slice up Vergil in half.
However, Vergil quickly summoned a doppelganger that blocked the attack weakening it, but the sword still have enough strength to do some damage and sending him flying towards a broken car. Artemisia's attention goes back to Dante.
Before she can do anything, Dante immediately punched her with his flaming gauntlets that he got from a great fire demon named Gilgamesh. Dante jumped to the air and he came crashing down to Artemisia with one feet first with immense strength that planted the demoness in the ground and causing an earthquake.
Upon seeing Artemisia, the demoness is unmoving however she is still alive. Dante eyed Ellen, but before he can do anything Ellen freezes his whole body and pierced the katana on his frozen chest making Dante to vomit blood. Ellen pulled out her sword and she held it up in the sky and readies herself to decapitate the demon hunter. Before she could do anything, a large mirage sword stabbed her at the side of her rib cage making her eyes widened before losing consciousness.
"Get this damn ice off of me!" Dante demanded.
Vergil limped towards Dante and he elbow smashed the ice, making Dante to fall to the ground panting.
"Wow! That's cold!" Dante exclaimed.
"Try to keep up little brother. We still have one pest left to exterminate." Vergil said as he groaned out of pain.
"Heh, looks like we underestimated those two." Dante slowly pulled up his own weight and he transformed his flaming gauntlets and grieves back to his sword.
Without any warning, both brothers vision got dark and they felt something forcefully pick them up through the while holding their face. They felt the pain of being use like a sand paper on the asphalt floor before the flew through the air and their attacker threw them at a large building. Once they collided at the building, the giant structure fall to the ground.
In no time, both brothers emerged from the ground with their devil trigger and in front of them was Westcott, finally joining the battle. Both brothers roared out before the flew with immense speed towards Westcott and locking steel to steel with him.
The three of them is attacking so fast that it is impossible to see it by a human eyes. It is like they are teleporting by places by places.
Both brothers exhausted, they got overwhelmed by the new king of hell. Westcott threw a spear towards Vergil and it pierced his abdomen and sent him flying to ground. Vergil tries to get the spear off of him, however Westcott threw another spear on both of his hands and feet making him immobilized.
This made Dante raged. Dante flew towards Westcott while spinning, but the demon king evaded it by flying upwards. He then summoned a multiple large ball of dark energy and hurled to Dante's way. The demon hunter evaded and slashed the ball, but he got hit with a spear also on his abdomen. Same as his brother, he got sent hurling towards the concrete floor and crash landed besides Vergil. Before he can do anything, Westcott already pierced all of his limbs with a spear making him helpless.
Westcott landed in front of them, and he look at both helpless brothers with a satisfied grin on his face.
"Both of you will be a great source of power." Westcott stated in a demonic voice.
Both brothers returned back to their human form and glared at Westcott.
"If we ever get out of this, I'm gonna kick your demon ass!" Dante warned.
Westcott just laughed maniacally and shot back. "I dare you try. I've already beaten you."
"We're still alive. How do you call that a victory? You'll never win you're just a pitiful coward." Vergil mocked.
"I never intended to kill you now as I have other plans for you both. You will be the key to fulfill my dreams." Westcott held out his palm and the three of them slowly consumed by the shadow.
Inside The Ship:
The spirits, Shido, Elliot, and Karen are all in the commander's deck. Kurumi, Mukuro, and Nia are also there as they finally recovered their health. All of them are eyeing the monitors watching all of the destruction that the demons caused in the city. Pile of human and demon corpses are all scattered. There's no place when they found no death.
What shock them was the millions of corpses of demons near DEM's Office. From the deaths they found, they can tell both brothers are here earlier.
"Have you seen them Karen?" Kotori asked.
"I'm afraid not. I tried all methods, but there is no sight of them." Karen replied.
"I have a feeling they are already inside the building." Shido claimed.
"Then all of us must go on foot then. Are you guys ready?" Kotori eyed the spirits one by one and they all nodded in respond, ready to save their world from becoming a devil's playground any further.
All of them except for Elliot and Karen got engulfed with yellow light before fading in a bright flash.
Tengu City, Near DEM's Office:

With a flash of light, all eleven of them appeared on the street and in the center of all of the carnage. The smell of the corpses reeks and when the odor entered their noses they almost vomit.
Kotori's eyes widened as she saw Ellen, the most powerful wizard all of the world is kneeling down and unmoving. She carefully approached her and put a finger at the side of her neck.
"No pulse. The most powerful wizard is now dead." Kotori sighed and return back to the others.
All of them jumped and to their shock, the asphalt floor in front of them cracked open and a hand appeared all of the sudden. The owner of the hand revealed herself and Shido with the girls ready their weapons.
"W-Wait! I-I am no longer your enemy!" Artemisia desperately stated. However, the others didn't lowered their defense.
"He... He got them! You must hurry and stop Westcott before he destroy the whole wor-" Artemisia got cut off on her sentence when she lose her consciousness again.
Taking Artemisia's statement very seriously, all of them hurriedly sprinted towards DEM's building to save both brothers. The brothers are their only hope for this world, they can't let Westcott win this. The brothers are using all their strength to save their world, it is time for them to give it back.
